I've been with this bank since the age of 16 Fidelity Astoria Astoria Federal Sterling and Now Webester Bank! I'm totally disappointed and dissatisfied with my banking experience and newly slapped on fees. Webest bank is a total joke. Life is too serious to be banking with such a nonchalant organization. The call center customer services is very poor to say the least. Customer Service has never helped with resolving my inquiries. So now I have to go to the bank in person to resolve the issues. Not happy banking with Webester Bank. MR!

Worst bank ever! Ive been a customer of this bank under different“incArnations”for over 40 yeArs, first as Fidelity, then as Astoria Federal, then as Astoria, then as Sterling. Service was good to acceptable in a. for over 40 years since it was called Fidelity, then Astoria, then Astoria Federal, then Sterling, now Webster. Service has been usually good in all of them.Except for WEBSTER! This bank is the worst ive ever dealt with. Not only is it difficult to reach them, but more often than not, you get incorrect information.Its even difficult to read the banks customer ratings, which are predominantly negative.This is too bad. Im usually patient, but this bank is beyond the pale.Im closing ALL accounts. I must for my peace of mind.IWe sterWebster, do not contact me to “correct” your negatves. Ives tried too many times already. times and failed

The customer service is horrible. I've called the Manager and left several messages with no reply. They are holding a Lease Security Deposit for my Dad for over 2 months when they should have returned it after 30 days. Nobody in the Bank had a clue. I will never open an account at this Bank. Plenty of good Banks to choose from.

Service? No manager or financial rep available to perform basic account services. When I asked the Teller if we could make an appointment with a rep, there was no acceptable answer. Asked to contact the bank manager but was told that they were not available to call for an appointment. Wow, no interest in keeping customers? We'll be taking our business elsewhere. Zero stars!

Worst bank ever. Bank mgr never returns calls. Hours are ridiculous in this day and time. No Saturday’s or evenings!!! They all seem to be “out to lunch”

I have banked here for years. The staff has always been helpful and welcoming. During covid, they made every effort to ensure the same high level of service. All staff pitched in when the line was long too ensure safety and wait time was being monitored.Kudos to all staff at that branch.
