“I would like to update my previous complaint regarding the drop-off laundry service at Clean Rite Center on Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica, NY. I have been a regular customer for approximately six months, and I had been consistently unhappy with the quality of the folding and organization of my laundry. My socks were not sorted or paired, undergarments were not folded properly, and the clothes were generally folded very poorly. I also noticed that fabric softener or dryer sheets were not being used. After my complaint, the management contacted me, apologized for the service, and acknowledged my concerns. They explained that they are going to retrain their staff to improve the quality of the wash-and-fold service. They also offered to provide my next wash-and-fold service at no charge as a gesture to address my concerns. I appreciate the management taking my complaint seriously and making an effort to resolve the issue. I am updating my complaint to reflect their response and their commitment to improving the service. I hope the staff training results in better and more consistent service going forward. I appreciate the apology and the effort to make things right.”

“I have lived in this neighborhood over 15 years, I only use laundromats when I fall behind , once twice a year. It was very clean and employee Yasir was absolutely awesome!!! I arrived right at last call and he didn’t turn me away, he actually helped me with my bags. He kept cleaning and keeping watch of the doors. And the dryers are still free!!!?”

“I must give credit where credit is due. My husband normally does our laundry but he had surgery and couldn't do it. I have a bad back and was trying to figure out how i was gonna get it done. I Googled this place and opted to give them a try based on the other reviews. WOW! Not only did the pickup and delivery option come in handy, our clothes smelled so fresh and came out so soft. Being a first time customer, i was skeptical, but not anymore. If you find yourself in a pinch and need laundry service, please call them. Pricing was responsible and my clothes were impeccably folded and cleaned. I will definitely be using them again. 😁”

“Used this laundry service for my three years living in NYC. The owner and the staff are genuinely amazing people. When I was pregnant they’d go out of their way to carry my bags in and out for me because they didn’t think I should carry the bags while pregnant. When my spouse was busy with the military they would do the same. Overtime they became friends to me, and I genuinely enjoyed seeing them each week. The owner even helped me out with landlord issues when I moved out of the city. When they made mistakes which was very seldom they were honest and went out of their way to fix them. Both times in 3 years noticing the mistakes before I even did! Highly recommend this service to anyone. Especially if you want an honest reliable company you can trust!”

“Amazing service, and very clean location and machines (that is a HUGE deal considering how dirty and stinky people and other facilities are in the area)! Huge shout out to Carlos and Troy; they are so lovely, answer all questions and go out of their way to help. They also constantly clean the machines, floor and spaces while we are there laundering, so we can see how much they value their work and appreciate the service they provide to others. Machines are practically new, in excellent working order and keep my clothes fresh. I've never had an issue here; and it is so refreshing to see such a great team of employees being respectful and doing a great job. I recommend this location for its long hours, great service and clean facility. Keep up the amazing job, guys!!”

“Wow this place is still open I'm happy to see that, this review is meant for a time period before social media and smartphones even existed. In my early teens going to Susan B Anthony around the corner I used to come here on a weekly basis (Thursday's late 90's into early 2000's) I believe it was a son and his parents were running the business which I hope they still are, but anyways the son (sorry forgot the name) always wore a hat most of the time and when I first came there I asked him to pour in the detergent for me as I was a newbie at doing the laundry in which he did and became a habit for him to do when I came there every week lol. Eventually I learned and started doing it on my own, dude was cool everytime and so was his parents, they always provided excellent service. He basically taught me how to do the laundry and we had some fun times, thanks for the good memories and hope you and your family are doing well.”

I absolutely, positively highly recommend WashUp RVC! AS”
