Had problem with my PC and brought it to the store for inspection (only $50). Told them to give me the cost before any repairs. Called multiple times asking for the price but they said they were still doing the diagnosis. A Week later, they told me it's been fixed without giving me the price and the price was unacceptable. They threatened me to sell my PC if I don't pay.

Friendly and fast service. Like having a buddy who is good with computers but actually has the skills and experience to solve my problems. Willing to pay for this level of service. They updated an old laptop for me and salvaged a CPU drive so I could retain my photos and music.

Kris literally saved me and my brothers macbook. Insanely quick fix, it’s literally better than it was brand new. Kris was fair as can be with price, and I will always be going to him for anything computer related. Not easy to find someone so trustworthy in an industry where everyone is out to make an extra dollar.

The owner Kris and his team do an excellent job fixing my computers, setting up my server, creating/running my website and running my social media account. Would recommend using Mindset 10/10!!!!

Great service, my laptop's hard drive was very old causing it to freeze. But they managed to fix it by giving my laptop a brand new hard drive. I recommend going to Mindset if you what you tech to get fixed??.

If you need computer help, call Mindset. Kris is so helpful and willing to work with you. Understanding, knowledgeable, honest, professional and reasonable. My computer was completely done. Stuck in a loading and blue screen cycle. He was able to back up my data and get me back up and running in no time. Updated my hard drive and my computer is even better than before!!!! They did an amazing job and I'm so thankful. Total computer life saver.

My computer would not connect with wifi. Brought to Chris at Mindset and determined my hard drive that was struggling and the wifi card went bad. I brought the computer in at about 1:00 PM Saturday 10/9 and to my surprise, he called me at 8:45 PM and said it was ready for pickup.. yes on a Saturday night! Chris thoroughly explained everything and professionally. I highly recommend Mindset!

My MacBook's battery was shot and my laptop was dying with a 98% charge. I brought my laptop to Mindset back in August and Chris ended up having a compatible battery in stock, so he was able to have my laptop fixed up with a new battery in just two hours! The price was reasonable and much less than I would've been charged at the Genius Bar. My battery life has been great ever since. I was very pleased with my experience at Mindset Computer Repairs and I will definitely come back if I have any phone/computer issues in the future.
