Dennis is amazing and I will only use his shipping services when purchasing anything from Benefit Shop Auction House. I purchased a china dessert set and as a newbie to online auctions, I had no clue what I was doing. When quoted 3X what the auction item cost me I got a very rude awakening. So, I sent out an email basically begging for help (I'm not rich... the item was a birthday present). Dennis provides an efficient, professional service at a fair price and it's well worth every penny. So thank you ASAP and Dennis for being so worthy of praise.

Everyone that works here is down right miserable to be alive. Anytime I come into this establishment I'm met with rude, unhappy, and thoughtless employees who don't even care to acknowledge your presence when you walk in or are speaking to them. John especially is a certified GRUMP who overcharges for notary services (in New York you cannot charge more than 2$ per signature yet John charges 4$!!?!). If you need a notary go to Chase bank across the street, they do it for free!

Hi! I've had Dennis at ASAP Etc pack & ship my auction winnings from Greenwich auctions about 3 separate times this year so far. Each time I asked for a shipping quote, Dennis would always send me a kind & timely reply. His quotes are very competitive, payment was super easy & a receipt with a tracking # was always emailed to me. GREAT SERVICES all around! And, my items have always arrived well-packed & safe. I couldn't be happier with the services I've received from ASAP Etc (Dennis) & I hope others will give ASAP Etc a try. I bet you will be a happy customer just like me.

I have never been treated so poorly in a store as I was in ASAP earlier this week. After waiting a good 5 plus minutes, masked, in the sweltering store with no one in site, I kindly said "excuse me" to the man in the back to ask if I could just leave my 10 pre-paid packages somewhere. His response, accompanied by an eye roll, was a sarcastic "I'm sure it's MUCH more important than what I'm working on!" I walked out with a thank you but no thank you, and I will never step foot in there again. There is no excuse to treat a customer in this manner.

Not sure where the friendly smile that other people are talking about is . Every time I come here , the person behind the desk is so grumpy and rude. They just seem miserable to work here and get annoy if the line gets too long !!!

I purchased a valuable vintage jade lamp at auction and because the auction house recommended this company, I used ASAP for the pick up and delivery. ASAP picked it up on July 11th and Dennis took my payment on July 12th after which he emailed me the FEDEX receipt for shipping. The next day he cancelled the FEDEX shipping and I have not received my item. At no time did he or anyone else contact me. On August 5th, after I hadn't received my shipment, I spoke to the owner John yesterday who said he would look for my lamp and said he would contact me and if it was lost he would reimburse me. I told him I don't want to be reimbursed, I want my lamp. John did not return my call today, so I called John who told me they cannot find my lamp. I told him I don't want to be reimbursed as I want the item found and shipped to me. When I said I would have to report this to the police and the BBB he go very irritated and said he was terminating my call. Which he did.

These guys were never overly friendly but it was at least easier than going to the post office. Not anymore. When I walked in and said good morning today I got a grunt from Peter. I then waited a long time and was treated as if it was the end of a very long busy day but it was 10:30 on a Monday morning and nobody else was there! I'll go to the post office next time.

John and Peter are The ultimate professionals. I have shipped countless items To all parts of the world and never had a problem. Some of these items were very fragile and again I sleep good at night knowing that I use them. The post office is absolutely brutal shipping some of my items and breaking things... In the past few months I thought I was saving money by shipping a few items that I thought I could do by myself only to find out they broke in transit... I use ASAP now all the time for any fragile/ big / tricky items .. they get the job done and they get it done right if anybody does not give these guys Five stars they are morons plain and simple you cannot get a better team than ASAP shipping... I must have used them 30 times or more in past 3 years and never once had a problem with breakage... and the items I'm using them for are big / fragile/ tough items to ship... again plenty of parking and super staff...
