Absolutely outstanding service from Mary. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone which such grace and patience. We ran into a few issues activating our phones due to WiFi issues in the store (not Mary’s fault) and even then she handled everything with a great attitude and was very patient. She is truly amazing. Thank you so much Mary.

I went in to get my old phone upgraded, as I was overdue for one. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted immediately (not even a 1 minute wait) by Mary, who was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. She helped me go over the best options for my upgrading, and I left the store a happy customer.Great teamwork and customer support. I would definitely go back.

I’m not an AT&T customer but I came in as I was walking home with my phone about to die and asked if I could charge my phone, Mary was there she was so kind. We had great conversation she was very nice and funny too!
