It has been a great experience since moving in! Patrick has been my go to guy for any questions or concerns, and he always ready to assist when needed. Overall, I’m very happy with the new management team!

The worst place to live. Their maintenance team used paint that I was allergic to in my unit leaving me with chemical pneumonia and other breathing issues. I ended up having to throw literally everything I own out and move. The leasing office stated they would not charge me a fee to terminate my lease early and I just got a bill for $5,000 for terminating my lease early. They do not care at all about the well being of their residents. All they see are dollar signs. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a home for your own peace of mind.

Patrick and the team here are excellent. Management company so far has been superb across, with Patrick deserving special mention for being informative, helpful, attentive, and willing to assist with daily items as well as special requests. The super is excellent as well, Jamie. Maintenance team as well.Highly recommend the building, community, and management company as so far it is a 10/10 experience here at The Mark.

The Mark At Mamaroneck is simply stated: a terrific place to live. The amenities, the gracious/courteous staff & management, the fellow residents — all top shelf. Plus, the fun of courtesy dinners in the common area, courtesy breakfasts, etc. It’s amazing how little things like that so elevate the living experience. And just to add of course — being in the center of Mamaroneck is amazing. So many terrific things in walking distance, shops, restaurants, bakeries, delis, a 8-screen movie theater, the train to NYC steps away (my commute to grand central is 29min and feels like 10). The whole package is elevated living.

I wasn’t sure when HG took over for Avalon Mamaroneck but the transition has been smooth and they’re great! Management has been working to make living here great and I’m so happy we’re here! Great luxury apartments in Westchester.

My family and I moved to our new apartment two weeks ago !We ❤️ THE MARK ON MAMARONECK !The office staff is always helpful and accommodating.The maintenance crew is always running to help when my hands are full.They always have the biggest smiles and I always get a hi ? good morning and good afternoon.The process of the move was super simple and smooth.Neighborhood is great !Schools are the best of the bestMetro north right around the cornerLet me tell you we are 10-15 min away from everything target , Whole Foods , Costco , Home Depot and many moreThank you from our lil family ?
