When the installer made a mistake, they didn’t make it a headache or push the blame around. They jumped in right away, fixed the problem, and replaced the whole floor without giving me the runaround.
It’s rare to find a place that actually stands by their work like that. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Around the end of 2016, Carpet World took care of my new apartment. The staff are wonderful...they don't pressure you into anything, they're knowledgeable, and they're very helpful. I was able to find *exactly* what I wanted, and their installers did a fantastic job! Three years in, the carpet is holding up really well, even up against a cat and a toddler, and is almost as soft as it was when I got it.Today I stopped by again because I'm about to show for 4 days at a convention and wanted something soft to step on. They had some scraps that were the perfect size for my needs. I would have paid for them, but they let me have them for free!I almost wish that I needed carpet more often so I could come back here more. I can't recommend this place enough!”
