“School St great branch and Atms. But it is being replaced by the new nearby Forrest Ave. branch. When I went to the new branch the Atm said it was going to charge a $3 atm fee for a withdrawl. So I didn't do transaction I cancelled and left. The Atm at 201 Glen St in CVS is a no fee Atm. I think Forrest Ave has non-FLFCU Atms for now so 201 Glen St is the go to.”

“I came in around 3 pm Thursday afternoon because I had an issue with my online savings account. There were several people ahead of me waiting to speak to a representative. We were all pretty patient. A woman, who I later realized was the branch manager, would touch base with us from time to time, to assure us that we would get assistance. AN HOUR LATER, I could stand it no longer and flagged the branch manager down, saying I've been waiting!!!! Help me!!!! She led me to her office and I explained her situation. Unfortunately, my online problem could not be resolved in person. Argh! She was empathetic and definitely a cheerleader of the Citibank brand as she asked me to please keep my business with Citibank despite my online issues. She was good.”
“a citibank in glen cove on glen cove ave that has more then enough atm machines (8) so i can go in and go out in a snap. the bank is closed but was able to use atm in indoor lobby and it was not a mess like some city branches and no undesirables lurking around. it's pretty isolated in the area but the parking lot is well lite and plenty of cameras all around inside and out. got my cash and was on my way.”

As a person who is clueless on everything banking and just getting started into the world of adulthood, she is very knowledgeable and it helped me understanding banking a lot more. “This was the best location for chase bank with easy access to ATM drive through and parking. It was an easy in and out. . So disappointed it’s closed. Now you have to drive all the way to the other side of town to Quaker ridge to have access to an ATM drive through.”
