Review not specific to this location but a review of Chase.Chase Bank will place a hold on a deceased person social security deposit although the deceased is / was entitled. This is their practice not any other bank after doing research.I would never ever Bank with Chase. They are only interested in themselves , not customers. Corporate Greed at its best.

How can a Chase only have one ATM?! The line is literally out the door. Especially annoying when there are more ATMs inside but the bank is closed early

For over two decades, my husband and I, have trusted Chase, with our numerous accounts. We chose to bank with Chase, because of it's proven, level of professionalism. With this being said, on Friday, January 8, 2021, I visited Chase Bank, located at 242 Mamaroneck Ave, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. What should have been a simple transaction, turned into a complete nightmare of humiliation and embarrassment, to say the least.I had given, Joleann Brooks (not sure of the spelling of her name), a Chase Bank Teller, a roll of nickels in exchange for, eight quarters. I received the quarters and proceeded with my errands, one being M&T Bank, located down the street. Once in M&T Bank, much to my surprise, your Bank Teller, Joleann, had angrily accosted me, being verbally abusive, immediately stealing the spotlight! All could hear, "Hand over my $2.00"! I was so mortified and humiliated. She accused me of giving her a roll of pennies instead of nickles. The very fact that she hadn't caught this when I was at her window and then publicly humiliates me, totally demonstrates a lack of corporate professionalism. After that outrageous outburst of a scene, the M&T Bank Manager, had come to my aid to see if I was ok and was stunned by her behavior after I relaid the situation.Riddled with humiliation, I returned to Chase Bank, to confront Joleann and the Branch Manager, Chantel. I wanted it to be clear that, I, never have made such a mistake, while rolling coins, and that an error on my part is not impossible, however, I, should never have been so publicly humiliated. If Joleann had done her job properly, she could have prevented this whole fiasco.

It is so nice to be able to deal with people who really care about customer service. They are people from the neighborhood working with people in the neighborhood. I love my bank.

This branch is smaller than then others that I have been to before and very under staffed. I recommend going their in the morning if you need to speak to a rep or else you will be waiting for over 30 minutes.

You really need to train your employees not to be such a***holes to customers. Visited this location and had quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a bank employee. Employee was trying to go to lunch when we walked in and was pissed she had to wait on us. Rude, nasty, and demeaning was just the start. Lots of eye rolling. So mature and professional. Only perked up when we asked about a loan. Never again.
