had to change a pin number was not working went to the teller at this branch she told me she could not help call the 800 # did not care that i was a 25 year Citi customer. They said she could have easily assisted to change my PIN . This branch going downhill with people they hire .

I am really impressed with the customer service at this Citibank branch in Mamaroneck. I stopped in while getting my car repaired to make a couple of transactions. Both the teller and the manager were incredibly helpful and professional. Much better than the staff at my local branch!

Great location: I went to this location beacuse I lost my debit card. Franca was great. She got me in and out of the location in minutes. She gave me a temporary card and even overnighted my replacement card. I had a fast and friendly experience.
