Made me wait 3 hours. Had to threaten them that i was leaving to actually show up. Then they tried to charge me triple what they told me over the phone. In the end, i wasted the whole day and did not get the job done. Very unprofessional.

This company's employees are unprofessional. They were doing a move from an apartment building in queens. They were told to use the service elevator only. They proceeded to use both, and then the employee covered in tattoos comes out aggressive and belligerent. Saying he doesn't care, and it doesn't matter, and to call the supervisor.

Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Owen and Khalil (forgive me if misspelled). To say they were wonderful is an understatement! They arrived early (after calling and confirming it was ok), they were professional and fast!!! They did everything I asked them to do. Plus they were adorable and sweet!!! Their prices were very reasonable and cheaper than got junk. I have a two story house with a basement. Stairs were not an issue at all. They had everything cleared out in half an hour!! Highly recommended!!

Kayden and Enzo came, super professional, worked quick, were mindful of anything that might have accidentally been marked for removal. Finished the cleaning of an entire apartment in 1 hour flat for a reasonable price.
The weight of having to pack/store all of that junk; being lifted off the shoulders was well worth their business. Would definitely work with them again.

Had a superb experience from A to Z. Used them to dispose of some junk. Next day service, easy to communicate with, honest and reasonably priced.
Enzo and Manny came exactly at the scheduled time and were super nice and helpful.
Highly recommended!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrible. Movers were supposed to be at my house between 9-11 AM, it’s currently 1:30 PM. We have called non-stop over the past few hours and are being completely ignored. No one is picking up the phone. Do not waste your time with this company hire Piece of Cake or any other reliable company. Hopefully we will get our deposit back.

Honestly horrible service over the phone, very disappointed. Never got my estimate, it's been over a month. Called The Junk Luggers, and in 10 minutes I got what I needed.

This company is awful. They do not take the time to protect your belongings or out things properly back together. My furniture was broken beyond repair and I called over 12 times to mo avail. Not even the decency to return the call. Stay away from this mover.

I scheduled an estimate for Sunday but no one showed up. The central office tried to call the local team multiple times, all day, but couldn't reach them. I rescheduled the quote for the middle of the week and someone texted me the day of to say that they had no one in NY to do the estimate, but they could do it over the phone. I agreed, but never heard from them. I've messaged them a could of times since. They just don't bother to show up, you can't get a hold of them. Forget about it.

I definitely recommend College Hunks! They were punctual even ahead of schedule! In less than 2 hours, the job was completed! It went very smoothly! I am a very satisfied customer! Special shout out to Darrin and Jose!
