They may or may not do good work. That's why I gave it three stars, which is neither good nor bad. The location is an office that rents post office boxes. It's a place to pick up mail. No computer repair shop here, and a call to their number was unanswered.

These guys were never overly friendly but it was at least easier than going to the post office. Not anymore. When I walked in and said good morning today I got a grunt from Peter. I then waited a long time and was treated as if it was the end of a very long busy day but it was 10:30 on a Monday morning and nobody else was there! I'll go to the post office next time.

John and Peter are The ultimate professionals. I have shipped countless items To all parts of the world and never had a problem. Some of these items were very fragile and again I sleep good at night knowing that I use them. The post office is absolutely brutal shipping some of my items and breaking things... In the past few months I thought I was saving money by shipping a few items that I thought I could do by myself only to find out they broke in transit... I use ASAP now all the time for any fragile/ big / tricky items .. they get the job done and they get it done right if anybody does not give these guys Five stars they are morons plain and simple you cannot get a better team than ASAP shipping... I must have used them 30 times or more in past 3 years and never once had a problem with breakage... and the items I'm using them for are big / fragile/ tough items to ship... again plenty of parking and super staff...

I have used ASAP since 1991. Both John & Peter are the best. We have had numerous changes in circumstances over the years, lived abroad twice. ASAP has always managed our mail, holiday packages, FedExes etc., never once experienced less than 5-Star service. Jim O

Friendly and knowledgeable. Go at dusk as John (the owner) is pretty hideous looking. On the plus side he's a terrible poker player and I enjoy taking his money.

I rarely post reviews, but after reading the negative comment about ASAP, I feel compelled to rebut it. The 2 gentlemen referred to, John and Peter, are gracious, respectful and eager to help. I go out of my way to use their services primarily because of their reliability and professionalism. There is no other shipping/mailing service that I would consider using, and I know my experience is shared by many others. I have never before heard such a negative review of this outstanding company.

No lines, no nonsense and plenty of parking. These guys are the real deal. Whether it is UPS, FedEx or USP they do it all with a smile. No unhappy federal employees behind those doors.

I hate going to this place. Only go cause it's on my way home. I can easily drop off a package. The two older gentlemen that work there have no personality. Very rude. They act as tho they know everything.
