This location suppose to provide loaners for customers while the vehicle is being service and staying over nights, but i been to this location several times and no Loaner was available for the Mrs. For the RAV4 and now the Corolla , can’t do errands without a car . But they will send a driver to drop and pick you up. My driver for the last 3 times was Bryan, he a friendly and polite guy. He’s sociable so the drive doesn’t feel boring. The associate is Patrick, he will keep the customers up today on what happening with the vehicle and what needs to be done.

The Toyota brand is great but not all dealerships are the same. I didn't have the best experience with New Rochelle Toyota in the past and I keep hearing they haven't changed much. Toyota City was way different. I used them with 3 cars I leased for almost 9 years now and they never disappoint, they even serviced my car free of charges when the guarantee was over., I will definitely be going to keep coming and will highly recommend them.

I took my Toyota Corolla Hybrid for scheduled service recently. The operator gave me a next day appointment for service. The car was taken in on time and delivered back spiffy clean exactly when it was promised. The place is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. The Service Rep did not offer add-ons like unnecessary wiper blades. I have been totally happy with my purchase experience here and with all service experiences as well.

José was my service advisor. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything and listened to my concerns. He was the best service advisor I've ever had.

This place is the paradigm of why you don't take your car to the dealer after the warranty expires. Bought a used 2006 Landcruiser and needed a second key. Made an appointment to take the car in and the service guy asked if I wanted them to look over the car as well. I said no as I was on a tight schedule and was just there for the key. After an hour and a half, the guy comes in and says the machine that cuts the key is broken and they can't cut it. Took an hour and a half to tell me the key cutting machine didn't work. I said OK just give me my car back and I'll be on my way. Guy says they'll bring it around in a minute as it is on the lift. On the lift?!!!?? Why is my car on the lift for being brought in for a key??? He says they do a multi-point inspection and I responded I specifically stated I didn't want that. Just an attempt to tell me all the things that "had to be done" on my car to goose their revenue. They were incompetent, dishonest, driven by a business model that is deceptive, and far from transparent in their dealings with me. "Sleazy" would be the word I would use to describe them. More like the caricature of the used car lot we all know enough to avoid (with the imprimatur that this is a TOYOTA shop), thus on a higher level. NOT. I recommend avoiding these crooks. This is a sales shop and not a service operation. Stay away.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Patrick at Toyota City Service & Parts Center, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his professionalism and dedication to customer service. From the moment I walked in, Patrick greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude. What sets him apart is his remarkable ability to truly listen to your car issues. He patiently allowed me to explain my concerns and questions, demonstrating a genuine interest in helping me.Not only did Patrick listen attentively, but he also provided me with a wealth of information. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and outlined various solutions. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he broke down complex technical details into simple, understandable terms. What truly stood out was Patrick's commitment to transparency. He didn't just tell me what needed to be done; he provided a clear and comprehensive explanation of the repair process, This transparency gave me confidence in the service I was receiving.I was also impressed by how well Patrick kept me informed throughout the entire process. In the end, my car was fixed efficiently and effectively, and I left Toyota City Service & Parts Center feeling like a valued customer. Patrick's exceptional customer service skills, combined with his technical knowledge, make him a true asset to the team.If you're looking for a service professional who not only listens to your concerns but also provides thorough information and outstanding service, I highly recommend reaching out to Patrick at Toyota City Service & Parts Center. He is a shining example of what exceptional customer service should be.Service: Wheel alignment

Recently had my 25,000 ToyotaCare Service completed at this center. Staff was friendly and efficient. I was warned that they were "short staffed" and that the service could take longer than usual. It took about 1.5 hours, and I waited in their waiting room which was well-equipped.My only critique was that they were supposed to do a multipoint inspection - which the paperwork claims they did. However, at two other Toyota dealerships I have used, I was always given a written report of the multipoint. It showed my wheel alignment (checked by an automated machine when you drive into the service bay), the tire tread depth, the brake pad thickness, etc. However, I did not receive any information whatsoever on how these metrics measured up, so it makes me wonder if the inspection was actually completed. At a minimum, the alignment/tread depth machine is automated. So that report should have taken nearly zero effort to provide. Also, they use a "text us" system for asking questions or getting the status of your vehicle. I sent texts to this number after my service, inquiring about the report, and got no reply. I also emailed the service department asking about a written inspection report, and got no reply. So although the service center brags about many awards, and while I did not have a BAD experience here - I did not have a "world class" experience, either. I have gotten way more information on my vehicle when taken to other nearby competing Toyota dealerships.

Just moved to town so first time taking my car in for service at Toyota City. Patrick greeted me - confirmed the service I was there for and gave me an approximate time when my car would be ready. I waited for my car in waiting area. They had some excellent bagels and some pretty good coffee. Car ready close to time promised and Patrick explained what was done - my car was washed and I was on my way. So glad I tried these guys out. Will definitely go back again. Thanks for making things so easy! - PhilServices: Tires

Heads up! New management. - deceitful and dishonest. I called on battery recall issue. They told me that battery was recalled and would be replaced for free. I double checked twice on the phone that there was no charge. I get to the dealership and they changed the story and told me they had to check to see if battery was recalled and if not, would charge to replace. They were clearly trolling for business and when I got there, I could see why. The place was deserted. Find another dealer, do not go to Toyota City.Tim

What happened to customer service?? Two of the last three visits were terrible! 1. One morning I dropped my car off (2015 Highlander) at 5:30am and used the early bird drop box to leave my keys. No one called all day and my messages went unanswered. I come back after work around 5:45pm only to find my car parked in the same place - NOT SERVICED! NO ONE bothered to check the drop box. 2. Recently brought the car in for inspection and diagnosis of steering issue. Dropped the car off at 8:20am - was parked and not looked at until 3:30pm (thanks to my mobile hotspot, which let me know when the car started and was parked). One hour later, I get a text with the list of issues and what was needed. WHY did I have to wait 8 hours for a diagnosis - a diagnosis that turned out to be wrong, according to two master mechanics. An estimated $1500 repair by the dealer only costs $90. I don't know what happened (management/ownership change), but the service department is a major disappointment. Bring back the old crew (service advisors and mechanics) who know what they're doing!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I made an appointment for an early morning for a New York State inspection. When I got there, they told me they were short staffed and so I understood I would need to wait. One hour and 40 minutes later I asked how much longer it would be and I was told that the inspection machine was broken. I thought OK it's nobody's fault even though I hadn't been informed, so I made an appointment for the next day, again early morning. I was told by the service person that I would be called if the machine was not repaired. I got there on time for my appointment the next day. As I got out of my car, I asked about the New York State inspection machine and was told it was still broken. I had not been notified and had rearranged my plans now for two days in a row. I've been a customer at Toyota for 13 years but since it has been bought by the new owners, it's gone downhill. I went for a new battery, which was replaced at full price. I later saw on the website that they had battery specials, but was not told about them. I had to return for a scheduled oil change and service for next week(this time I checked the website for specials ) and complained to the manager about the battery specials that I had missed because I wasn't informed of them. He basically told me " tough" and that I should've looked at the website before coming over. I am quite disappointed in this new owners customer service policy I was going to buy a new car from Toyota City, but now I will definitely not.

They were professional, friendly and honest. To strangers! Cannot recommend them enough. Driving through New York, the lights on the dash suddenly started going off. It was the first day of a longer trip, so we wanted whatever it was taken care of rather than risk the entire trip. Found them on the web and drove in, hoping against hope, away from our trusted Toyota servicer and nervous about whether this was even a good idea. The place was clean, they empathized with my plight and made space to see what was wrong - a drive-in, no appointment and middle of a Friday afternoon. Amazing! They found the problem, fixed it and the charge was absolutely reasonable - they said it was a Toyota issue and there was no charge. Honesty still lives in the world. I don't even live anywhere near this establishment but they were wonderful. Thank you, really, thank you.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a service department I have a 2022 Toyota forerunner had a problem with the front seat upholstery they had to replace it the first time they replaced it believe it or not and I still can’t believe it they put the wrong color seat in and it took them five days they ordered a new seat. They told me to drop the car off in the morning and they would have it done that afternoon. the car up that afternoon. They never even touched it. The car sat there all day long and he did nothing. They ended up having my car in total for almost 2 weeks. I also asked him because of all the aggravation that I had with the car if they would detail my car Inside and out when they drop the car off at my job.. The only thing they did was wash it with a hose I could’ve done that myself. Iknow that was nice that they gave me a Rent-A-Car but I didn’t buy a Rent-A-Car. I bought a truck. I finally got my truck back today. And I hate to say it but I don’t think I would ever deal with that dealership again the sales manager he tried to make things right but it just didn’t happen. To the life of me I don’t know how you can put the wrong color seat in the car. I would think that you would look at the color notice. It’s not the right color and order the right color not my experience there.
