Walked into the store was greeted with very rude “line is over there” from an older gentleman. Then spoke to Suzie who was very nice but really didn’t know how to help me. She asked for my number and after one week calls me to say absolutely nothing because she forgot my initial request. After yet another week I call the store and another person answers basically saying they still don’t have an answer foe my request and for me “do what I need to do” to find it elsewhere because they don’t have a timeline on getting a response regarding an estimate for herringbone flooring. I was baffled. Will never return to this establishment. I assume they have accounts and focus their attention on that rather than on customers who walk in to their store.

I have been shopping at KRB for years at this location, and the prior location. It is a local family business and It pretty much has all of the things you could have purchased at Brewers before they shut down.
I fully understand why all the contractors love this place - it has most of what you need, the prices beat the big box stores, you can get in and out quickly and the store is very well organized.
If you are doing any kind of repair to your home, they likely have what you need. For any kind of painting project, they pretty much have everything you would find in a paint store, but cheaper They also have every cleaning supply you can imagine, including the commercial stuff.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful with advice when I need it.

The store is a hidden treasure, they stock an awesome array of products whether you are painting, cleaning, need tools, or any kind of auto maintenance products (oil and fluids, cleaners, air fresheners, etc). Best part is the mom and pop type atmosphere where as a customer you are happy to contribute to a store that even keeps their prices competitive. To the person below who wanted a price match, go to Home Depot, one other thing. Waaaahh. Can’t please everyone but your okay when you please the majority

Owner was extremely personable and helpful. If you want good customer service absolutely check out this location. I came there to check out vinyl floor samples and they were helpful taking out a color and providing samples
