My son went there to have his bike fixed. He was not able to get the guys name but he was very patient and accommodating. He took time to educate my son on bike parts, changed his tires, made sure all are well inflated, checked the brakes and charged him for an insanely cheap price. He was a great human being. We will go there again.

Great shop! Knowledgeable and friendly staff that saved me from over spending and serviced my bike within 15 minutes. Front derailleur adjustment and my bike is good as new. Thanks!

Stay away from this business! Received horrible customer service! Had spent over $700 on two kids bicycles and went back to get proper training wheels. They were arrogant and unhelpful. Sad but we will never buy another bike there again!

Always a pleasure to service my bikes here. Highly appreciate and recommend. The best ratio price/service you can get from far. They have a huge selection of premium brands and they know about riding. Great experience.

I enjoyed this long-standing toy store.

I go out of my way to buy from this store - the prices for the legos and toys I purchased were comparable to big chain stores but the experience is what really sells me every time. Staff are so welcoming and helpful - the store is like one big toy box with floor to ceiling toys of all kinds. Lots of more educational and crafty activities/games. And then they will wrap it all for you!

I rarely feel the need to rate a place of business with one star but at this point I feel I must share. I am a Latino man with a partner who is also a POC. The last two times we have entered this toy store simply to browse and finding interest in buying something; I was left uncomfortable and have grown a distaste for even setting foot within this store. The store owner it seems is quite the racist and prejudice individual. The one time we entered when it was a slow day the older lady behind the counter felt the need to follow us around the store and give us this hard stare as if we were somehow in the wrong for entering her storefront curious in buying something. She was the only one working the sales floor that day and followed us both all the way towards the building sets for lego that I found interesting. After realizing she was doing such I suggested to my partner that we leave as there's clearly no reason either of us should shop there. The second time we visited today during a rush maybe just an hour ago, she was there but preoccupied with sales. As soon as we neared the counter looking at key-chains that my partner wanted to buy I immediately felt the same harsh stare she gave us last time. She kept looking our way to make sure that we weren't stealing or whatever she may have been thinking all whilst attending to customers at a register. I have worked in retail for quite sometime and there are much nicer ways to deter a customer from shoplifting. Such as saying "hello, how may I help you." But no one needn't harass their customers with glowering or such intimidating glares. I will never set foot in this place again. In summary, the store owner either racist or prejudice or both. They will follow you with a disgusting look on their face and give you an unwelcoming attitude without much of a reason. For this reason I recommend the Toy Box on Boston Post Road. As they are a welcoming toy shop with such variety and lovely staff.Be wary entering if you are a POC

I was in there shopping for bracelets with my friends (not to mention we are all hispanic) they followed us around and after about 5 minutes, a man told us “I have work to do, i cant keep an eye on you people if you aren’t buying anything.” Meanwhile there were a group of white kids our age who were there longer than us, and not a word was said to them. Will not be supporting this business in the future or their overpriced items. (Amazon had the same item for $5 less)

We've been shopping at Millers for over a decade. Wonderful to have an independent local store with great selection of toys, clothes and bikes, helpful customer service, and reasonable prices that are comparable with the big online retailers. Support your local stores!

Came in for a bike repair, I was served right away, my issues were addressed, explained, and fixed, and best of all, I wasn't charged. Can't recommend Miller's enough.

Got my grandsons first bike here. Great shop, always remembered it being here and always so nice to their customers! They have helped me many times with my bike in the past.

Typically when you end your conversation with customers looking to shop and spend money at your store, you say something along the lines of "have a nice day" or "goodbye". Busyness is no excuse for rude customer service. No one likes getting hung up on.
