“Picking up medication at a pharmacy always gave me anxiety. This cvs is the absolute best and has made the process as comfortable as I could’ve imagined. Dennis in particular is a pharmacist all star. All business, while at the same time, somehow, polite and friendly. No question is beneath him. Same experience with everyone there, just don’t know their names, but 5 stars for the entire crew. Also, greeted politely as I walked in by a friendly worker, no salesmanship involved.”
“I have been meeting to write this review but was so busy. My experience a lovely sales clerk Yasmine was exceptional. Yasmine listened to my concern about my ill mother and totally cheered me up--very helpful and instead of pointed to where things were she actually walked me over and offered other suggestions as well. I usually go to the Larchmont store but this time I stopped over at the Mamaroneck location and I will be sure to ask for her when I go back again!”
“Pharmacists are overworked but still friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem getting scrips or guidance from them, but the pick-up line can be long. Store managers and associates are generally helpful too, but many items are locked in glass cases — and getting someone to open them is difficult because they are understaffed.”
