I've been waiting for over 1.5 years for a pool cover. Ray, the owner, is not capable of keeping a promised deadline. He continues to smile and lie to your face. He is unprofessional and frankly, I don't understand how he remains in business. He will not return calls, text messages nor emails. The only positive... his office staff is lovely.

Never give them your credit card. They access it without your permission, and do NOT explain charges. They had our pool cover for months to repair, it wasn't done. If you are wise, find another service! One star is one too much!
