We must spend over $500 on weekly basis in this supermarket and everyone in this place acts as if they are doing you a favor. Forget about correcting someone at the register, they will argue with you and not just one person but all. Today this kid asked me to pick up my trash and it wasn't trash but a plastic bag that i had in my hand that i got from the vegetable section. Very unprofessional. And on top of that, you have to pack your own groceries! It's not the staff's fault; it's the upper management that are not training them. I live in the neighborhood and its a shame but personally me, i will avoid this place as much as i can. Horrible service.!!!!

Ok. For a large store. The organic section is just ok, often looks like old produce and fruit. Good cheese selection, bakery is decent. Fish I won’t buy from that store. Ok probably not from most grocery stores. My biggest complaint managers are too busy to help and have no clue about customer service. I was told twice I am too busy to help. They were arming around the other went to the office. FYI I worked at Balducci for 10 years. Customer service is the most important part of running a good store. Employe happiness is second most important.

It's a pretty good grocery store as far as grocery stores go, but they are often out of a lot of things at the Larchmont location on Boston Post road (especially when using instacart for some reason). I have been advised to go to the one in New Rochelle or order from that one which apparently is not a smaller franchise like the one nearby.

There are much better places to shop. Stop and Shop in Tarrytown is much bigger and nicer. ShopRite in Elmsford and Mt. Kisco are big, new, and beautiful. The Larchmont Stop and Shop is slightly better than the one in Eastchester. The fresh food, meat, and seafood never look appealing to me. I don't buy anything there that is not prepackaged. Good luck trying to use the digital coupons or getting the correct sale price. Multiple self-checkouts are typically down. Staff is not very friendly.

My first time at this store but I won’t go back. The produce was awful. I bought over 2 pounds of cherries at $3.99/lb and when I got them home and washed them I found that nearly 3/4 of a pound was soft and had gone off already. My oranges were hard and had virtually no juice in them. The store needs a good cleaning. It’s not pleasant at all to shop at.

The international aisle needs to be updated. They only have Asian, Mexican & Thai.
They didn’t have any Jamaican based items here.

the people who work here are rude! I got fake crab that I didn't realize was a WEEK over sale date! I got sick and when I returned it, no apology.. the 2 black girls were talking amongst themselves .. never looked at me but it walking distance. bet your ass I'll be checking dates now

Not a fan. Just moved to the area. Have always used stop n shop. So far my least favorite. Hoping the one in Eastchester is better .
