Incredibly rude both on call and in person when requesting banking assistance. I made an appointment and they were 30 minutes late to helping me out (never once apologizing), and then when I gave them a call for bank information, they showed attitude and were unwilling to help me out (said I needed to call the 800 number when that side directed me to this branch). I do not recommend using TD Bank (I closed my accounts with them and moved to Chase and SoFi, who have been a lot kinder so far). Please spare yourself the headache and international fee.

This is a wonderful branch that is always a busy place, but nonetheless continues to be an incredibly helpful one. It is a pleasure to be a customer here, and a diligent, polite, kind, plus professional Lady by the name of Angelise, wen't above and beyond for me today after I called in before the Bank even opened for business. People like that Angel in disguise who helped me today are the reason this world turns, and for that, ladies and gentlemen; we must give thanks! Thank you Angelise, and TD Bank Mamaroneck as well as TD in it's entirety! Bless you!

This bank has rude employees, if you are not happy with your job don't work within a customer service field. The 1st experience was a couple of weeks ago with a black man at the drive thru window no hello, no thank you. Another experience was today I was going to open an account, the Corona procedure sucks and the lady who answered the phone was rude, I ended up opening an online account with a different bank.

They have a new system where you scan a barcode OR text to get into the building and that is the virtual waiting list. My mom followed the directions and did not get a confirm. She waited patiently for 20 min until the woman came out and took the next person on line. She rudely explained directions to my mom and basically shut the door in her face. It was not professional or helpful. I've been coming to this TD for literally years but something about that interaction has left me so unhappy I will make the 10 min extra trip to a different branch. If my mom made a mistake while trying to use their new covid policy the employee could have patiently and kindly worked to help her. This site has really gone down hill and it's unfortunate. I am all for staying safe during covid but this new policy is not friendly for people who are not tech savvy/ do not have phones etc.

During quarantine drive through is exhausting and frustrating to be in. They aren't as convenient as they claim to be and service over the phone is the same as talking to a wall for more than 2 hours.

I have to admit they are very accessible but their system is terrible. I have been trying to unblock an account for 1 month now. I have been transferred and transferred again, waiting and waiting more just for a simple thing. They aren't as convenient as they claim to be.

They are open right now during quarantine with drive through services. Unfortunately the staff must be quite overwhelmed because they weren’t very friendly on the phone nor in person.

We have been a customer of TD in Mamaroneck for 16 years. Customer service used to be excellent especially when Janelle Bailey was on site. Our recent experiences at this location and Larchmont have are been poor. Today I went in to have a document notarized. There were no customers on line and a young female employee said she could help but she need to complete a transaction. We sat down and for 15 minutes watched her wait on a other customers as they entered the bank. I finally walked over, got back in line and when I reached her I thought she had forgotten us but she said she wanted to complete the other transactions first. The customers who came in after us. Then she said she could do the notary at the counter. Our transaction took no longer than any other customer's transaction. I am baffled by why we had to go sit down and wait for the teller to wait on customers who came in after we did. Really?

i like td bank and my reasons are simple , open 7 days a week, free pens, free dog biscuits (good snack) good security (a uniform member of nypd) and the folks behind the non covered counter are friendly. this branch on boston post rd in mamaroneck is one of the many i visit in the nyc city and westchester county area.ample free parking right out front so if you are lazy you don't have to walk much. i like the modern structure of this bank chain it not boring at all with its huge glass design and curveish building. inside i have a choice of using the two atms (paper less ) or wait on line which moves quickly . i prefer to go on line cause one of the gal bank teller is so stunning her beauty is priceless (sorry but it's true ). i made my deposit and it's a wrap. i am still bummed out that the change arcade is gone , i enjoyed bringing all my loose coins but due to some legal issue it's gone. i like td bank ,pens and biscuits a plus and dogs are welcome. woof woof.

Great staff I have been going there for 3 years now and have always had a pleasant experience one of the best branches I have ever been in.
