Always service with a smile, a helping hand, running to get the door opened when you have a handful of packages…Chaz, Shalena, & Giovanni and all equally helpful in servicing whenever I go! I’ve changed my drop off location to this one because of the excellent customer service!!! 10 STARS!!!

Extremely nasty and unhelpful worker with braids. I brought two QR codes to ship out - 1 return and 1 gift. On Monday she was already unfriendly when I came in and the process was already different from the one in new Rochelle as usually they do everything one by one but clearly she wanted to just get me out of there. She swapped the labels so they went to the wrong place meaning I am out the gift I sent out and now I need to pay to have something reshipped? When I came in today to resolve the issue she already was giving me an attitude and pretending she didn’t know what I was talking about because she knew she made the mistake. Put me on the phone with a “supervisor” who then accused me of swapping the labels when I didn’t even touch the labels. The the whole time I’m on the phone with him she’s cursing me out in the back and helping customers. Will be contacting corporate.

I had a complicated and hectic situation, but Shalena was absolutely outstanding. She handled everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. I'm not sure what her position is, but she clearly has excellent management qualities. Her support made a stressful experience so much easier. I'm truly grateful for her help.

On the morning of August 26, I had an outstanding experience at UPS thanks to the assistance provided by Chaz. From the very beginning, he was courteous, considerate, and attentive to every detail of the service I needed. His professionalism and kind attitude made the process smooth, efficient, and pleasant. I have had several customer service experiences in different places, but I can confidently say that Chaz’s service stands out as one of the very best I have ever received. I truly appreciate his dedication and excellent disposition, which make a significant difference in the overall quality of the service.

Today I had the most horrendous interaction with an associate (young Hispanic woman with glasses) at this store right before it closed. I went in at the same time as another woman who also arrived 5 minutes before store closing. The first woman, a young white woman, was greeted kindly and was not berated as I was. The associate went on to tell me a sob story about needing to pick up her daughter which has NOTHING to do with me. She then asked IF I WORK. How disrespectful are you to even make an assumption like that? She said how would I feel if someone came when the store was about to close. I literally work all day at a hospital saving lives and she had the nerve to ask me these things. If your job doesn’t work for your own life obligations, get a new job. We all work very hard and you are not above anyone. This woman was extremely disrespectful to the point that she said she would usually charge $2 to tape usually, however when I was trying to tape it previously she grabbed it from me and said I would take too long. I don’t know who runs this establishment but this employee is horrendous, smug and downright not made to interact with the public.

Excellent service. Joanna was friendly and efficient and despite a very difficult customer in front of me she stayed professionally, polite and even did everything trying to accommodate that customer! Bravo!!
