Based on the reviews, Wallauer Paint & Hardware Mamaroneck is a great local hardware store. It is super conveniently located, though tucked away so people might not know about it. The store is very organized and friendly. The paint counter is extensive and open on Sundays. Customers have always had a great experience and say it is the best store in town. The staff is helpful, with a pro at the counter who gave great advice on getting keys made and did not charge for a key that did not work. It is a place to try before going to a big box store to save time. Customers will go again.

I love coming here. They’re always helpful and have what I need for all my home projects and it’s super conveniently located. It’s sort of tucked away so I feel like people don’t know about it but it’s great!
