My experience with Manhasset dealership has been wonderful! The dealership was bought by new owners several months ago. Vinny was great in helping me secure a new lease and was personable and honest with recommendations and finances!!! I have HATED car shopping in the past but he truly made it an honest and easy experience. For the last 10 years I have worked with another Honda dealership and when I went several weeks ago, i felt that I was not being served the way I deserved to be so I made the decision to switch to manhasset and I will never go anywhere else now. I didn’t have to jump through hoops to get a good deal, they spoke to me like family and made me feel comfortable. They are amazing!!!!

The team at Manhasset Honda was great! They really worked with me through my first lease. John L and the one of the managers, Danny, were nothing but accommodating and understanding throughout the whole process. The dealerships friendliness and enthusiasm does not go unnoticed! Overall great experience, definitely recommend to anyone looking to shop for cars!

So beyond happy with our car buying experience at Honda of Manhasset! From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and our salesperson George Dimopoulos truly went above & beyond! George was so helpful in guiding us through our selections and options and was very responsive to any and all questions. The financial director, Russ Archer was also so awesome and so helpful on the financial side. Russ was able to work with us and explained all the paperwork making it such a pleasant experience. Buying a car can be quite a process and at Honda of Manhasset you are in great hands! They know what they are doing!

Purchased a 2024 Civic Sport the other day and it was such a quick and easy transition from trade in, to purchase & being on the road. David Bales the salesman was great & would highly recommend! Russ Archer the finance director had all paperwork ready to go to speed up the process & had any and all info you could need ready to go. Thanks to David Fine the General Manager approving the Deal and running a GREAT establishment. Thanks to the team over at Honda of Manhasset!

Been a Honda customer at this dealership since 1997. Been through approximately 4 owners. And apparently they've changed ownership again without notifying existing customers. Bought a new CRV in June and still have no idea if they still exist. This is no way to run a business. I'm sure this is the last car I will buy there.

I bought a used car here last week, with no haggling and good credit, after 4 hours of loan review, I was finally given an interest rate of 9.59 and a loan fee of $978 (no notice and clearly listed today 9/10/2023 Came here to find a car dealership manager, but didn’t get any help) In the end, the loan manager took a bunch of documents for me to sign, and there was no chance to explain. I hope everyone pays attention here, don’t do it because of you Just ignore the hidden fees when you go to a regular car dealer and be sure to pay attention to your real loan number because the loan manager of this car dealer will let you increase your loan amount without knowing it. I just encountered this. This is my second time to buy a car from this car dealer. Although I changed my boss this year, I don’t feel any different. To buy a car with a loan here: 1. Be sure to pay attention to your interest rate (the highest in New York). I don’t know how you do it. 2. Definitely. Pay attention to the numbers on the contract and read each fee clearly. 3. Any conditions agreed by the car dealer must be clearly stated and do not make verbal promises. Both car buying experiences were very bad and I will never come back again.

Do not come to get your car service here. First of all Honda's are known to have issues with their sunroof were water leaks to the inside and then to the electronic wiring of the car. No matter what warranty you pay extra they won't admit to their design error. Second if you have this problem you will need to use car insurance to pay for this expensive repair. Third when they do the repair and then break or scratch other parts of your car after taking a long time, they will avoid at all cost to make it right (even thought they acknowledge they caused the scratches). They will tell you they will fix it but really won't, they will just keep delaying till you get tired of going there and they can avoid fixing the problem. Avoid their service and sales from this place. Very shady and to this day they haven't repair or fix the problems identified and acknowledge by them on my car. If I could give them a zero I would but unfortunately Yelp won't allow me. When they so called fix the wiring, I had to come back again because still had water inside the car, then I told them and showed them door trim scratches and interior scratches, as well as rip on door faux leather they acknowledged it was their fault but to this day they have not fixed it although they had my car in their service department twice. So them having my car was just all a ploy to delay for you to get annoyed to the point you don't come back anymore and forget about it. Again don't come here for repair, you've been warned! Avoid at all cost! Don't trust the service person Manny as he sounds nice, and helpful but he will screw you if anything goes wrong and the fix won't be done to satisfaction.

This past Thursday, July 2023, I found a 2023white Honda civic touring online. Immediately when I called the dealer, the receptionist was very sweet and kind. I decided to come down in person to see the vehicle and I was greeted by Chigozie(Prince). He was not pushy by anyway and asked how he can help. I explained the situation and he was very patient and a good listening. He appraised the car that I was trading in to see how this deal could work. After speaking with Prince, we were then greeted by Roman. Roman just like Prince was kind, caring, not pushy and heard our story. Both treated us like family. We have been to many car dealers for cars and EMPIRE is truly the best!!! It was time now to test drive the car, and we feel in love with it. The civic touring rides beautifully and has so many features in the car. Prince once again out did himself and went above and beyond. After test driving the vehicle, we meet with Prince and Roman to finalize a deal. Due to the fact that the banks were closing, the deal would have to be finalized the next day on Friday! Prior to having the deal finalized, I was walked through each and every step to ensure a smooth process and to ensure that I was happy with my car! I meet with Johnathon briefly due to the fact that the bank closed and would continue to finalize the deal on Friday! Next day, is now Friday! I was greeted by the finance manager, Johnathon who was nothing but wonderful just like Prince and Roman. Johnathon truly is very professional and just like Prince and Roman went above and beyond. I couldn't be more blessed and honored to have these three wonderful people be part of my process for buying my new car! I can promise you that you will be extremely happy to purchase a vehicle for here and don't forget to ask for Prince, Roman, and Johnathon. You will not be disappointed!! This is the place to go! Lastly, to pay my gratitude, I ordered them all lunch to say thank for their hard work but mostly, their professionally and making me feel like a family.!!!! - Maria, Jennifer and Selina!

I received great service at Empire Honda. Josh, the salesman was wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He helped me make the best decision for me. John Lane, the GSM, was also very friendly and helpful. It was overall a great experience.

This dealer is very sneaky, you tell the salesman what you want in the vehicle you pay the price as if your getting everything you asked for, real piece of work! They pretended they did give you what you asked for. They didn't check the fluids to make sure everything is full. Yep, that's correct the fluid levels were low.I suggest you go to another Honda dealer. Yes, they are all the same - but these guys don't even want work with you, they are looking at how much they can get out of you, for less of the stuff you want. Just keep yours open, do your homework, have everything written down on their contract. They will rip you blind!!!!

Then next the sales manager .He is direct, knowledgeable and realistic with negotiating for trade in and final sales price. Lastly sully and Jonathan the finance managers, they are professional and helpful .Thank you for the seamless car purchasing experience.
