“Broke the glass on my McKnight lithograph. The litho is only worth $400, so didn't want to break the bank getting new glass put in. Called the art shop in downtown White Plains and called Larchmont Art to get an indication of price. Everybody says the place in White Plains is expensive for framing work which is consistent with the price I was given. Spoke to Bill at Larchmont Art over the phone, and not only was the price better, but Bill was friendly and forthcoming. I knew I wanted museum glass because I hang this piece in a sunny room. I drove my piece to the shop, where they were polite and friendly. They pointed out that I didn't have acid free backing behind my print, and replaced it for me, put new paper on the back of my frame to seal it, and even added a couple of rubber bumpers on the back to keep the frame from rubbing the wall. The job was done on one day, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”
“I bought a piece of art and my wife was not happy. She refused to have the gallery frame it and said that she'd do it if it was going to hang in her house. We went to Gallery25, and she immediately began to come around. This was months ago, and I forgot to finish the post, so now I have forgotten the name of the proprietor, but he was so welcoming and immediately engaging. He showed a lot of his more popular frames, but when he got a feel for what my wife was looking for, showed some other items and found one that she fell in love with. After she left, he showed me a ton of other prints he had and a lot of sports memorabilia when I went on about my boys being the stellar athletes that I like to pretend that they are. Overall, great experience! Extremely friendly and available and quick and beautiful work in the end, now hanging in our home to even my wife's delight as she points out to everyone that she was able to salvage the wall by framing my atrocious art with a gorgeous frame.”
“Ideal Framing has framed numerous pieces for me -- and they've done an excellent job each time, working with me to select the right color and width of the frame and the right type of glass to ensure that the artwork doesn't fade. Thank you, Ideal!”
“Cozy, warm, and welcoming place. Appetizers, desserts, and coffee ☕. Excellent Service ? Sky was attentive and cordial.Open Mic Night was fun. Nice, friendly audience. Very supportive environment for up and coming artists.”
“We have had several paintings framed at Backstreet through the years. The owner has always been extremely helpful guiding us in selecting frames, matting and glass. He is patient, a perfectionist, and friendly. We have two charcoal paintings by Dirk that we are bringing him to reframe later today. These works are gorgeous landscapes from the 1950’s that we want to pass on to our kids. We cannot recommend Backstreet enough!”
“I love this place . The art work is amazing.. I go there to relax my mind.. the staff is so friendly.. they have the best events. They are truly a staple in the pelham community.. especially in the spring/summer time .. they know how to bring everybody together.”
“My husband and I took several artworks to Galleria for framing. We very much enjoyed working with Fred on the matte and frame choices. And we are very happy with the finished products. I've found a few more pieces that need framing. So I'll be heading back to Galleria in the not-too-distant future.”
“Truly enjoyed the art continuum experience in Soho. It was a fun-filled art display with 7 trippy rooms where I got to wear 3D glasses and feel like a kid again. I really appreciated the visual and auditory stimulation.”
“The owner is very nice and I received a warm welcome. I was able to pick up some nice gifts for the holidays. I strongly recommend making a stop. I am sure you will find something you like.”

1 South Ave, Garden City“Nice place to see a show. Seating is comfortable, raked audience makes it easy to see the stage. They had an audio snafu in the first act that was corrected at intermission.”
“Mamaroneck Artist Guild has a new space! A small, beautiful gallery on Palmer Ave. The annual high school student exhibition is an example of the guilds commitment to the community BUT they offer exhibitions of diverse art - from shows of individual guild members to group exhibits that all demonstrate the diversity of creative expression in the visual arts in the larger Mamaroneck community.”

“I love this place. We have had multiple birthday parties here and our kids frequently take the classes. The owners are great and the projects the kids bring back are always fun to see.”
“I wished to share my cache of family photos with my siblings. They were faded, creased and some were very old. Patrick did an amazing job digitally repairing them - and in time for Christmas! For the first time we could clearly see our parents when young, our grand and even great grand parents. One photo was from 1913, and a couple even older ! Now every one has copies.I could not have been happier. Patrick wonderful and I highly recommend this service.”

“My family LOVES One River. All the classes re helpful, and they help us feel more confident. The ideas are creative, and the instructors always take the time to help us improve our skills. Even if you don't particularly enjoy art, I guarantee you will love this art school.”
“I'm a photographer and a friend and frequent customer of Don Mistretta for 30 years. He is a wonderful framer- tasteful, kind and patient, taking my work and adding immensely to everything I've ever given him. His prices were very reasonable. I would consult with him originally, but soon came to realize that his suggestions for framing my pieces were way better than what I had imagined. Highly recommended.”
“This is a separate building from the main museum house, and has its own exhibits as well as an admission fee of $5 as of August 2021. It also holds occasional art workshops.”
“Couldn’t be happier with the work that Lost Dog Art and Frame did for my son’s Christmas gifts. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend them for sports framing.”
“A true gem. Peter is the sweetest and very knowledgeable. I bought this gorgeous platter at a very reasonable price. A lot to look through, so take your time here. Impressive selection of ceramics, paintings, and glass art. A lot of contemporary / abstract pieces.”
“There's always an interesting art show in their gallery which changes monthly and many classes for those interested in learning or improving art techniques.”
