Went to the store with lost hope by apple. The manager of the att store tam helped me to do my warranty claim. Very nice. I was rude to her but she really made sure I am good after I was rude to her. She's really professional.

Tam has been nothing but great. The best customer service ever. She took her time and explained everything in detail. I have been an AT&T business customer for more than 10years and this is the best AT&T store and customer service I ever had.
