The store was clean and well stocked.
I went there for the Elta MD tinted sunscreen. It showed obvious that the brand carries various colors, but not sure why the staff told me tinted sunscreen only has one universal color..
I think it will be better if they could get more knowledge about their products.

Horrible CX. Went in as they had signage about now carrying augustinus bader (probably one of their most expensive lines Iāve come in to buy!). An older woman with an Israeli sounding accent asked if she could help me and I said yes can I see the augustinus bader line. My friend has highly recommended it to me. So she takes me there and I said Iām looking for a face moisturizer and you show me them and tell me about it. She said verbatim āIām not going to stand here and tell you about it. You can go read about it onlineā I said thank you very much Iāll also be taking my business online!HORRIBLE. I mean, stores are going out of business because people shop online too much? Hereās a great example of why!

This is the second time I went to this location and the customer service was horrible. I was just greeted by a employee with barely a proper hello. I was trying to remember which face moisturizer that I wanted to get and the entire time the staff were just talking to each other. No one offered to assist until 1 lady said to the other employee if I was being helped. At this point I was extremely disappointed in their service. I donāt know if they thought I wasnāt going to buy anything so they felt not to assist. I will never go back. Go to the one in Woodbury it is so much better!

Made appointment for 1230 with Leonard and when I arrived I was informed someone else was given the appointment who by the way wasnt present and they did not accomodate me! They never put my appointment in the book!!!!! Need a lesson in custmer service! Customer is always right!

I had my makeup done here by Roxanne who was a lovely makeup artist. My makeup came out flawless and she was so nice to work with. I was super pleased with the look. However, the manager of this store should hire more workers, especially when they know ahead of time that makeup appointments are arriving. Every time a customer walked in, Roxanne had to stop working on me to ring them up. This happened several times. When you pay $75 to have a service, you expect no interruptions. This is in no way a reflection on her, since she was just doing her job. But her manager should have given her extra hands to help run the store the Saturday morning before Mother's Day, obviously a busy time for people buying gifts for their moms.
