Disappointing Experience
I recently visited Hugo Boss and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. I asked one of the staff ( a lady) for help in finding a size and she said “the turtlenecks are in the front of the store” and never helped us find it. We finally found our size and asked her where the fitting room was and she just pointed to the back of the store. She was rude and not helpful.
Lastly, I was disappointed with the quality of the products that I tried on. The turtleneck sweater was see through.
Overall, my visit to Hugo Boss was frustrating, and I do not think I will be returning. I hope they can improve their service and product quality in the future.

Poor tailoring job - got clothes back untailored - some pants were so off it was like 3 inch difference between legs. Have them 3 chances - last time I had to wait 30 minutes because it wasn’t ready- could see it was a rush job - the stitching is already coming apart , doesn’t match the clothes. I tried to contact hugoboss directly for help - after 3 months no help from corporate - spend $$ on a jacket I haven’t even been able to wear- not shopping here again.

The worst customer service in this particular location. Can’t believe it’s in Manhasset. There is no customer in the store but Gwen didn’t want help us for exchange. When we asked her about similar materials to buy, she said we can buy the similar clothes next store . Wow, how lazy she is~ tell the customer to go the other brand and didn’t try to sell anything from Boss. I can’t understand why. Gwen told us to go Roosevelt field mall Boss so many times. It’s very inconvenient to go the other location but Thanks for that. We enjoyed our shopping In Roosevelt field BOSS, everyone was very helpful and nice.

I came today with my wife and Glay a salesperson was really rude with us and lie to us she sent us to Bloomingdale’s in Roosevelt Field Mall to look there for women blazers and we came in Roosevelt and there’s no Hugo Boss here for women. Her attitude was really rude and no professional she has to be fired

I love the vibes here. All staffs are nice and welcoming. I went to return an online purchase and they helped me with no hassles.
The experience is wonderful and I will surely come back again.

I have always shopped at Hugo boss and my relationship has developed so well with Mendell there that I would never go anywhere else. I stopped going to Roosevelt and other locations not that they were a bad experience but because Mendell made the experience here perfect every time and any corrections ever needed be more than takes care of it. He knows exactly what to point out to fit your figure and body frame. He knows what options are best for the occasion or whichever business or casual events you will be wearing the attire in. He makes sure to resolve anything and goes above and beyond with his service and has a great personality. Always a fun time going down and he’s great always reminding you of the best sales going on! If your going down ask for Mendell he will make you never want to shop anywhere else!
