Would not allow me into the store because I had an infant with me. He told me I had to "wait" but 2 seconds later let a bunch of tourists in. Customer service sucks balls there too.

I purchased an item on 3/9/23 from Bottega Veneta in Manhasset, NY for a wedding gift. Unfortunately due to unforeseen events, the event on was cancelled. I went to return the item a few days later and they informed me that they can’t take it back due to the stores return policy. I was never informed of their return policy while shopping nor was there any clear or legible signs at the register. After discussing with corporate, the store associates were told that they may make an exception for my return. The associates refused, and I was told that my concern was ultimately up to the store's policy. The item was brand new, in its packaging with tags, and unused condition.

A great seamless shopping experience. Rebecca Wang was so helpful, and was reachable via phone and text to help me find the item i was looking for. She was able to set aside my order and pick up was so easy.

I mean come on, How can you say anything bad about bottega ! I love Americana and every time I have to stop in here. This is one of my favorite stores, when you walk in your in show heaven. I was in love with these beautiful sandals as soon as they came out and had to have them ! The bottega lido is still the hottest sandal and one of my go to's since they are so comfortable and are a classic statement piece. It's hard to choose one color so you will leave with two !

Lisa Levine was great. I was in and out because of her help, she helped me see the options and make a selection very quickly. The store is spacious yet a little tucked away. I deducted a star for the security guard who asked me rudely if I had a mask as I entered, which dumbfounded me because I know the brand does not hire security from Target. At their price range they can definitely afford masks and hand sanitizer for everyone. As I left the security guard didn't even thank me for purchasing as high-end boutiques usually have their security guards do as customers leave with their purchases. Overall, Lisa was the star of my experience here. Everything else was ok.

They are irresponsible, very late and unfriendly. They lie a lot to avoid even processing a refund, and it seems that sellers and managers think it's easy to waste time and energy on buyers. I've been there twice and called several times. I don't want to buy anything from there again

Had to review this store because Nina is amazing! She is so sweet and I was able to get the lido sandals in my size in black! So excited to wear them and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks Nina for all your help!
