To me Brooks Brothers is just a shadow of its former self. No longer honor lifetime alterations, now only provide basic tailoring. I wanted a pair of slacks but couldn't find a variety of colors. Also no longer have pleats, a former standard.

I have been shopping at this location for many years for my whole family but today I had the most disappointing experience. I felt insulted and disrespected. The store was practically empty and I entered the only fitting room where there was a suit in its plastic cover hanging on one side and nothing in an otherwise empty room, in my experience, people leave things in the fitting room when they are done so I didn't think anything of it. As I took off my shirt and picked up a top to try on, a white lady abruptly pushed the door open and started screaming at me saying that she has her personal things there and how dare I just went in and used her room. I was startled and embarrassed and asked to please leave so I can put on my shirt at least, she refused to until I asked her the third time. I didn't even finish putting my shirt on properly when Michele the Sales lady knocked the door and when I opened it told me to leave. I tried to explain to her that there was nothing there except the plastic covered suit when I got there, Michelle came in and picked up MY purse and tried to give it to the lady as if protecting the other customer's belongings. Michelle ganged up on me telling me that I shouldn't have gone in the fitting room when the other woman's belongings where still there. I tried to articulate that she is completely out of line doing that, and that it is a disgusting and insulting behavior from both the costumer and Michelle. I asked for the manager and explained what happened and although he apologized repeatedly he did not give me Michelle's last name.By the end Michelle clearly knew she did something wrong but nothing was done to remedy the damage done. The "manager" gave me a 15% discount which was, frankly, insulting. As someone with such a stark lack of social and racial awareness, someone like Michelle should not be working retail and interacting with people in such a disappointing capacity.

The selection and service here is all fantastic. I went to this location to pick out some new suits and they helped me find the best fit for me. I highly recommend Brooks Brothers if you're in need of high quality suits and shirts.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Manager (Shirley) was rude and incredibly unintelligent. She couldn't understand that a "15% off your first order" discount was supposed to be on the first order and not the second. They act like they did me a favor by price matching their online prices. They'll pretend to be your friend but give you none of the discounts they're supposed to give you. They'll also tell you they don't have certain staple products (black bow tie, white tux shirt) when it's clearly available online. What's worse is they suggest you buy things that obviously don't make any fashion sense in order to make the sale. Untrustworthy, stay away

My experience with Michelle from beginning to end was amazing. She was patient, kind and super helpful. I called the store to ensure they had a particular item in stock (I did not want to drive 25 minutes in case they did not have it). Michelle went above and beyond my expectations – She was such a pleasure to work with over the phone and beautiful wrapped my purchase and was ready for when I arrived.I was also greeted by several people as I walked through the door.

The woman who assisted me was so patient and kind. She provided excellent service considering I did not know what size I was post covid but she remained polite and helpful. Packed my bags up nicely and offered to walk me to my car. On the one hand you pay for that service (items are not cheap) however, not everyone respects their customers and I appreciate that this location definitely has people working there who do.

I wasn't greeted with two staff right in front of me as I walked in, which was off putting. As I walked from the men's to the women's section, I was then greeted by one of the staff. The store was largely empty. I found the clearance section- there's 40-70% off today online and in stores, but everything I looked at was 40% off. They had an organized, decent selection of men's, women's and children's items. Join their rewards program to earn credit towards a future purchase, free shipping and other perks. I'm a VIP member. The website offered greater discounts. I left without buying anything, still shell shocked from my Christmas shopping. I may come back when they're offering their end of season sale. Otherwise, I stick to the website.
