Terrible Customer Service. I had an appointment to get some documents notarized and was told the individual was in a meeting and I had to wait “ a while.”. They told me to go to the library down the street.

The team at Chase on Plandome rd have been fantastic to work with. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, I've personally witnessed the tellers be extremely patient and caring with older customers especially. Raffaella has also been positively outstanding on a few different situations, helping to surface and address issues before they could become problems. Highly recommend this branch.

Been a longtime banker at this branch and every experience has been excellent. Tellers, managers, brokerage advisor are all very good. And Private Banker Raffaella Marciari is the most responsive, pro-active, problem solving banker I’ve ever worked with.

Worst chase bank. Came here twice to get a notary. Both times they said no notary today. They don’t want to deal with it. They should’ve just told me that the first time and I would’ve done it somewhere else and save some time

Been a longtime banker at this branch and every experience has been excellent. Tellers, managers, brokerage advisor are all very good. And Private Banker Raffaella Marciari is the most responsive, pro-active, problem solving banker I’ve ever worked with.

Horrible experience on getting cashier's check here which should be the simplest job for them. Provided them with debit card, PIN, TWO government issued IDs, and the staff even questioned the validity of my ID, as my out-of-state driver license has a line saying NOT a Real ID (they do need some formal training). Much feel like there is systemic discrimination against some specific group of customers. Totally shocked they do not even have privilege to give me a check I requested, knowing that there is far more than sufficient money in my account! Waited for more than half an hour and was told they cannot do that, while 'suggest' me to try my luck at another Chase bank. Totally speechless on their service.

50 mins to get a letter notarized, manager didnt care at all. No respect for a customer waiting like I have all day the notary was with no one.

I tend to give pretty good reviews but unfortunately....I have to give this location one star. They're pretty rude and blatantly intrusive with unnecessary questions that I've never experienced with any other Chase location. Management should perhaps look into Ms. Holly and Ms. Luchia (I may be spelling that name wrong).

Generally I get good service from this branch but this morning I needed a Notary. While the notary was in, he was clearly chatting with an internal person. The office door was open and the other person was dressed in Jpm chase wear. It was definitely a casual chat and he definitely was not a client as the greeter said. We were told that the wait would be 30 minutes. This is the best you can do for excellent customer service?! As a preferred private client for many years, this was pretty off putting. Any professional would have taken care of business first and recognize that good customer service separates one bank from the many other choices out there.
