We always have a seamless experience here. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. From the whole front strip of Americana, this store has the best welcoming and accommodating staff. While everyone is excellent there, Colin is our preferred SA. Very knowledgeable and attentive to what our interests are. He always provides us with stellar 5 star experience!

My first shopping experience at Dior was a success. Linda was very friendly and took every request I had with pleasure. I ended up purchasing a pair of earrings. She offered to have a new pair shipped to me, but I decided to take the pair from the store. They have a selection of leather goods, shoes and clothing here.

You cant even get through to them on the phone. I needed to know the size shoe i got my wife last year here, who by the way acted like they were doing me a favor selling me them, i needed another pair and they didn't pick up and i tried them 6 times and checked the hours so i knew they were open....I got fed up so I called the manhattan store and got impeccable service from them who helped me order them.

very terriable experience!the first time i heard that their service only for one year. And they don't want to help me deal with their product quality issue because I bought this bag from other store. Very terriable store!

Plus: It's dior Cons: - Manager is all too eager to push product with little regard to quality control. - This particular store doesn't feel welcoming. - Poor communication between staff. - Was recorded by an employee while attempting to make a return. - There is no one you can contact to help you if you encounter an issue with the store. You will be dead ended. - Has a used car dealership feel. - Dated customer service IMO. Should be modernized. Better off shopping online, or Hirshleifers.

Stone cold salesperson the entire store!!! My wife and I went to the store today, security told us to just wait inside by the door and someone will be with us shortly. At least two of the sales ladies were on their phones when we came in, they saw us standing there but didn’t even bother to approach and talk to us. They had us stood there for at least 10mins. If the salesperson were too “busy” why couldn’t they just let us walk around in the store by ourselves? Only 2-3 customers were in the store during that time, so we just walked away! Will never return to that store again! Bad management, bad salesperson will ruin the brand!

Terrible customer service. Beware of buying Dior products. I have a bottle of J'adore with a defective atomizer and they (with smiles on their faces) told me there's nothing they can do. Just throw a half full expensive bottle of perfume out.

Pretty stingy customer service. My husband went in today while I was waiting in the car with my 2 year old and not feeling great because I’m pregnant with the second. My husband surprised me with shoes but they were too small. The assistant manager just said she’s not returning them and they were worn and torn. My husband called me and said they won’t return them because they’re saying the shoes are worn. I did not wear the shoes and was only exchanging them for half a size up. I went into the store and the assistant manager just said she’s not going to exchange them. Did not get any friendly vibes or any pleasant customer service that you’d expect from a company like a DIOR. They could honestly use some tips from David Yurman. I was getting pretty annoyed because they kept telling me the shoe wasn’t as it was sold and I said it’s impossible because I didn’t wear the shoe except for when I tried it on in the house when my husband gave it to me. I spoke to the manager Abbie Idavoy and she also said the same thing but she actually added that there was lotion and sparkles on the shoe. As a educated professional, I wouldn’t bring shoes into a store with lotion or sparkles on them…. I told her that it was impossible for the shoes to be worn bc I did not wear them and then she finally said well they’re just not in the condition we sold them. So then I said my sister came with my husband to get the shoes and the salesmen did not show her the shoes before buying them. She only saw the color and asked for my size but not inspect the shoes. For a company like DIOR, customer service definitely needs to be worked on. My husband and I work very hard for our income and to not take a customer’s word and say the salesmen wouldn’t sell a shoe was very inconsiderate. My sister said he just brought the shoe out and she just saw the top color so the whole situation was just unfair. The sad part is I just wanted half a size up and had no idea any of this would happen. Waste of time and increase in blood pressure while being pregnant! I hope no one else goes through something like this and please examine your shoes with a microscope if you need too before buying them.

I went for the first time to buy Dior sandals and was very excited thinking it was going to be a great experience or at the very least receive a better treatment. the sales associate was rushing me the entire time and kept insisting I should take another color. Also, he lied about the sizes that were available in the different colors. I asked if the blue or pink sandals were available in my size but he instantly responded “no” without checking. From start to finish I was only in the store for 20 minutes and there were only 2 other customers in the entire store so I didn’t understand what was the rushing about plus there was no line outside. My whole experience was not pleasant and not what I was expecting especially being a designer store. I don’t like writing reviews but my hope is that whoever sees it from the store makes a change in the way customer service is being handled.

In a strip mall full of rude salespeople it was a delight to shop with Aly at Dior. She recommended a nicer bag that was in stock instead of the bag i initially went in there for that was on back order. She gave an honest opinion about jewelry i was looking at (not worth the cost) and instead recommended a cute pair of shoes.

Shopping for myself is a scary enough proposition, which means needing to go find a handbag for someone else was downright terrifying. I'm still not sure what a Saddle bag is, but the huge response I got once received let me know I did a great job with this gift. Which is to say the store staff deserves the credit. I told them who it was for, what the occasion was and what my "instructions" were. Thank goodness for them because while they did get a chuckle about it all, they really made this as easy as possible. Thank you again.

I only have wonderful experiences at this location! I am always welcomed warmly and treated with great care. The store is always clean and I fell that they take Covid precautions very seriously. Aly and Chris always know exactly what I’m looking for and truly value me as a client. They are highly knowledgeable about the products and I always leave happy. I highly recommend shopping here
