Customers do not purchase @ this location. My son bought Me a bag for my birthday. I went to return it for a larger bag. The sales women was very rude and refuse to upgrade my bag, staying my son had to be there. If you gifted with a item, why is it so much of a hassle to upgrade. I was teying to give you business. So I will just take my business elsewhere. I will have my son come and return the bag and take my business back to GUCCI!

Waste of time. Misinformation about products and repairs. Never want to help. Always sending me somewhere else to get their products serviced or repaired. Fendi US customer service is worse. Only getting my goods straight from the UK now.

Customer service representative in this particular Fendi store is awfully bad, I was already in the process paying and everything. Then she saw a frequent customer, immediately jump to that person and letting me wait at least 15-20 mins while needing to go somewhere. Ruined my entire shopping day, never come back to this branch for Fendi. Her name is Sadia.

I went there asking if they had a repair center or parts for a black baguette and the salesperson was so extremely rude. She told me they no longer made it (they still make it) and that she can't help me. To make matters worse, she then waived for security to start walking towards me, like I was causing a disturbance (I wasn't). I informed him that if he even touched my arm, I will sue him. I was a good customer there and used to purchase things annually, and never will I return. They are exceptionally rude.

Went in to check a mens belt, and the lady in the front was very rude. She didn't even let me speak without cutting me off. The Asian lady was also very rude. Both ladies didn't seem to care to help after asking them multiple times to help get my size. Manager came to help and then she sternly told her associates they could've done this since she was busy with an other transaction... I never experienced this in other Fendi stores... Very poor customer service.

I am fan of Fendi and i puechase many stuff from Fendi. I give one star because the door man is rude. I don't know if he treat every one like that. I will never come this store just because the door man has very very very terrible maner.The bad review is not for the store. Is for the door man who on duty on 11/07/20 around 11am.
