Love shopping at Macy's in Manhasset and I do it every chance I get! They separate the styles in brands of clothes from the shirts to the dresses to the pants and the shoes they style everything to make it perfect for you!Now go out there and check out Macy's new fashion collection and I'm sure you will find something new it will fit perfectly and will make you happy too! !)

I shopped here several times in the last year, for clothing and luggage etc I like that it's a separate store with lots of Parking so it's easy in and easy out. Also there a starbucks inside. Much better than a crowded location.

Horrendous. Terrible service. Borderline incompetent. 1 Bathroom as out of order. The other had no toilet paper. Very small selection of everything.

I came in today to ask about watch battery change services at the watches department. The lady who I encountered said they didn't do watch battery changes and she'll ask her coworker for suggestions of other places that might provide this service. The other lady standing by the jewelry section was so rude and I felt like I was being scolded for asking a genuine question. Not a friendly location and customer service. I would recommend going to a further Macys location if need be.

Shop there all the time and love it!!! Never a problem. Josephine in Woman's Intimates is wonderful! Helen in woman's shoes is a doll and great help!!! Anna is Jewelry has been so sweet and made wonderful things happen for me! All these women and more male shopping at Macys of Manhasset an amazing experience! I thank you all Ladies!!

I tried returning a dress that they didn't happen to put a tag on and basically the cashier, Ana, called me a liar because when I bought it they had to scan a different size with a tag. She kept insisting that it was a different size on the receipt. When I told her I wanted a manager she said I had to wait because the manager can't come right now when she had not even called out for a manager. I am extremely disappointed and will never ever recommend this store again even though I've been shopping at macys for 20 years. I asked for a Manager and he fixed the situation but the customer service is horrific.

Plenty of free parking. No Big and Tall Men's Department however. Has the basics that you would expect at a Macy's.

I don't know why this Macy's looks like it's going down hill. Every time I come here I feel like their is a sign at the door saying no fat people allowed because every time I come here products that are usually XXL or bigger is never to be found. Their are some XL options but very slim. The other part looks like that this location is run by a bunch a Of high school idiots. Everything is all over the place no once at the registers. Fitting rooms are a joke (very dirty, broken, and not taken care). So much on the renovations. It's a big place but I'm shocked it did not become an Amazon Fulfillment Center at this point.

First, this is for MACY'S in general, not a specific store. I recently went to there website to search for a new mattress...I saw their solicitation for new credit cards, offering 20% off purchases today and tomorrow up to a maximum of $100.00....good deal...I applied....was approved....clicked purchase....NO DISCOUNT!! I called customer service...there response....you have to use the card to make the purchase...how is that not in the solicitation to apply...and also you don't have the card even at that point. It's a fraud...a scam to get card holders...I will be canceling their card

I arrived to Macy's in Manhassett around 6:45pm, I have a wedding next month and looking for a nice dress. After spending one hour picking about 10 items, I went to the fitting room, around 7:45pm. Was told by a rude woman there that the fitting rooms are closed. I put the dresses back in the hanger. I thought it was pandemic related, but when I went downstairs to meet my husband who was in the suit department. He told me they were open there. Why would you close Macy's at 9pm if you treat your customers this way. I came all the way from Queens. I was frustrated and i'll never go back or recommend this place again.

Woohoo this Macy's let us shop with our fur baby! We did call ahead of time to inquire about that. Your pet would need to be on a leash. Spacious inside. Had a bit of a wait (10-15 minutes) when I asked for a pair of shoes in my size. Seemed like the task of finding shoes should've been between 2 employees, as there were several people asking for their size. The landscaping right in front of the Macy's needs to be tended to and taken better care of; trees looked like they hadn't been trimmed in a while. Large parking lot. :)

Had a horrible experience with the cashier named Lisa. She deliberately asked a new, in training cashier, to close out in the middle of our transaction because it was just past 9PM. We were on the line way before. At the end the manager got involved and did the right thing. She put Lisa in her place and asked her and the new cashier to finish this transaction (Thankfully). We had to argue to get the manager. Lisa told us she spoke to the manager and the manager called security to get us out (how ridiculous and funny now that I think about it). It was probably one of the worst retail transaction I had. Lisa needs to be reprimanded or counseled/disciplined and taught customer service skills- she has no customer skills whatsoever and had no manners. Lying to us was not okay. It shows her lack of character. Thankfully the manager helped us out and did the right thing.

Macys has a lot of stuff, true, but the on-line shopping experience is the worst. Customer service if you need a return is horrendous; I was on-hold for two hours to try to speak to a representative about duplicate bill, and then it was closing time. Be very careful. Don't they want the business?
