I’d like to share my wonderful experience I had at the Manhasset Gucci location and my sales person Elisa Cecchetti was so extremely kind and went above and beyond servicing me in exchanging an item that I received for Christmas she took the time to find the exact item that would suit my lifestyle and my taste. Wonderful experience would go back and see her any chance I could get just perfect.

I was almost in tears today in the store with my boyfriend. Janette is by far the best Gucci associate I have ever met. She helped me to get my correct item, helped me speak to customer service and re wrapped my correct belt so that I could get the full Gucci experience. I just want to give her her flowers THANK YOU SO MUCH JANETTE. My boyfriend said we will be shopping exclusively with you from now on no more online orders!

BEWARE!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR DO NOT BUY FROM GUCCI!!!Gucci "Manhasset" store in NY sold a defective item. My wife and I found out that we purchased a bag with an issue when we tried to exchange with another model. The store manager refused to exchange because the bag was defective. She said that such bag was impossible to pass their quality control. But they sold such bag. We tried to get the refund for more than 3 weeks and failed. The store manager and Gucci Headquarter did not admit that they sold one. They said to file a claim to police department, but they also said that the refund would not come from Gucci. Then, who is responsible for the purchase? the customer who purchase a bag? Gucci is SO IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

I have never received such terrible customer service from an establishment. I had some issues with a return, to which the staff was extremely rude when I reached out for help in person. It’s been three weeks and I still have not received information or assistance regarding my return. Avoid this location at all costs.

Myself and my hubby went to purchase a men's bag and we came across Mr. Angelo who went above and beyond with great conversation and made our experience wonderful. He made sure the transaction went well from beginning to the end. Gucci did a great thing having him on board as he is a great employee and is very educated in the products.

On March 2, I bought a pair of Blue Rhytons from the Forum Shops at Caesar’s in Las Vegas while on vacation. I had buyers remorse and decided to return to my nearest NY location. The location is about 45 mins from my home. I was greeted by an Asian woman who asked me if I had worn the shoes…. I told her no, I just came back from Vegas and I changed my mind about them. She goes in the back for maybe 5 mins and comes back out with a heavy set Caucasian man with a receding hairline and dressed like he was in a music video, he had on a black Gucci hoodie and Gucci printed sweatpants. (Not professionally dressed like the others).His name escapes me but he says he will not be able to process this return since they were worn!! I said well I never worn them other than in the Vegas store. He said I will have to take that up with the people in the Las Vegas Gucci store. I said to him never wore them and (in a rhetorical sense) why would they sell me a worn shoe. He then says “well all of our Gucci clients inspect their shoes before leaving the store”. It was an insult. Why would I think they are selling me a shoe that I wouldn’t be able to return?? Should I now believe that all salespersons LACK integrity when purchasing in store??Then this older woman, very Karen like, with gray thinning hair, decides she wanted to get involved when I had already put my shoes back in the box and bag and I was on the phone with the store in Vegas. She proceeded to REPEAT what the Caucasian guy said. (That the shoes look worn, blah blah blah) She just seemed like she wanted to be involved.I stopped going into this store many, many years back when I bought my Joy Boston bag and was treated like my kind was not welcomed there and I vowed to never go there again.I never wanted any salesperson to make commission off of my money. Since this was a return, I just figured I’d be ok. Nope!! Same racist experience there. I know if I was a white person, this return would have happened!

Angelo Cannavo is one of (if not) THE BEST Gucci client advisor I’ve EVER been in contact with. From greeting us with an exuberant smile to making sure we knew the history behind Gucci to assisting me with the product I came in for as well as giving me options to something similar.My husband and I absolutely LOVED the total shopping experience so much that I took his card info & assured Angelo I will be back specifically to shop with him again.I was so pleased I bought 2 pairs of Gucci screener sneakers because of Angelo!!Ironically enough he even shares the same birthday as me. I took that as a sign. He is GREAT at his job & I will def come back to Manhassett for ALL of my Gucci purchases from now on!NOTE: Years ago I went to the Gucci store on 5th Avenue and I waited UNTIL the customer was finished looking at the brochure. I picked the book up and starting looking through it and the sales associate walked over to me and basically snatched the book out from under me and took it to the customer she was helping. I was walking out the store and it just so happens the manager was in the store by the door at the time & stopped me and apologized for her RUDE behavior and told me he saw what happened. He assured me he would be having a talk with her & gave me his card & said if I need anything see him. At that point I was so furious and disgusted I STOPPED buying anything Gucci until 2017.We need more respectful & caring people like Angelo Good job hiring hun Gucci. It would be in your best interest to treat him extremely well because he makes the difference of someone wanting to come back to shop your brand.
