The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful without being intrusive. The personalized service and attention to detail made my visit truly special. I absolutely love this store! The only thing that outshines the stunning design of this space (I feel like I’m in a modern design musuem!) and the constantly evolving collection of designers, is the hospitality that their staff displays. I am made to feel special every time I shop there. I am always happy that I can support a family business with a total commitement to excellence. (Oh, and now they have Young’s Farm?! Unreal.) Have never been disappointed with the unique finds that I walk away with. No other luxury retailer like them - they're truly a specialty luxury shop. Their mix of brands and items and the knowledgeable team at the store make for a worthwhile visit to shop - I still make the trek from NYC.

I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. The attention to detail is beyond any other store. The service is excellent and personal. From shoes, to bags, to clothing, to jewelry, Hirshleifers has the best brands around. Always ahead of the trend. In fact they create the trend! Visiting the store is a must!

Hello , i am a long time customer of Hirshleifers and have always enjoyed shopping and spending money at their location I have purchased everything from rolex watches to chrome hearts accessories but in my recent experiences i have felt that the security is looking down upon me when I am in the store my last few visits so much that it bothered me enough to want to just walk out and felt like i was being either physically profiled or judged as if I am going to try to shoplift or something meanwhile little does you’re security know I am wearing 70,000 dollars worth of chrome hearts jewelry and wallet chains and whatever watch i on have for the day so honestly it is just rude and disgusting and you guys need to step up you’re training of you’re security and how they treat and look at customers , get there acts together Marci Lorie and Shelly.

Mr Chad is excellent in customer service, product information and makes the experience wonderful. When my husband joseph and myself Sal visit this gem in Manhasset Mall the first store we go to is this one. Was in the store today and helped by Jess. She told me about shoe sale in women’s department with Gucci being 70 percent off on some shoes. They also had Celine, Dior on similar sale. Very happy with my purchases and customer service.

Went back to Hirshlefiers to give it another try, man oh man nothing has changed. Employees still snotty and pay you no mind unless you pull up in a Ferrari. Owners? Shelly you are the best and motherly of all 3 of the sisters, but man you guys are running this store into the ground. Yeah cool Marci you have an off white store, a kith store that barely gets any stock on the shelves because it is held in the back for their VIP customers. Store is a joke.

When I went I experienced awful customer service and attitudes from some of employees. As soon as I walked in I got a stare down as if I wasn’t good enough to be there. When I asked for help in finding what I wanted I was met with a lack of eagerness to help and indifference. I refused to spend my money there and will never shop there again.
