Was a valued customer for a long time. my lease would have ended in jan 2023 but received a call every month starting October from Jerry our salesperson. We have been working with Jerry for many years. He advised that if we were to bring in our car in october- dealership would take the rest of the payments and we get a new lease. Well due to life we couldn't come oct or nov. But jerry called every month advising "well take care of the rest of ur payments". We were able to come in dec and get a new lease on a new car. When i asked "are we settled on the previous lease- i was told "yupDont worry about it". So we left with new car in dec. A few weeks later i get a liability statement that we owe money for the previous lease. I call jerry and he keeps telling me not to worry about it. My husband goes the the dealership to makes sure things are ok. At the of the day, the dealership/management/jerry says we owe money on the previous lease. Why the heck would I bring a car back 1 month before lease is up and get a new car if i still have to make payments for the old lease???? Needless to say- bad communication on the part of infinite of manhasset. And guess what! karma is a bitch because dealership closed. Do not deal with Jerry C!

We went to this dealership back in feb 2020 and spoke to Jerry. Even though he offered us awesome pricing , we decided to not go for infiniti then and regretted the decision for the next 3 years. As promised to Jerry, we went back on Saturday just to get a quote and walked out with a qx60. Jerry recognized us right away and worked with us throughout the process of course. He was upfront, clear and honest. The payment process was quick and easy and comfortable with Vinny. Not for a second I felt dubious about any fees. Everything was explained line by line. I wish Jerry the best. If you're thinking about getting an infiniti, run and see him.

This is the first car dealer I've come across that uses a 4% surcharge on a credit card. I think they like cash transactions and suggest the tax office should get to know them better

I was in search for a safe reliable family vehicle, and the sales team at Infiniti of Manhasset truly helped me find exactly what I needed. My salesman Jerry was very helpful and patient with me to ensure I was able to make the right decision! Most importantly I didn’t feel any pressure throughout my vehicle purchasing process.

I went in with my boyfriend for his new car; his family has been loyal customers going into a decade at this point. Love the service and attention to the customer. Special shout out to Jerry. Very knowledgeable and a hard worker. Really put in the effort to give him the best deal possible on a new car and insurance. I highly recommend stopping by as I’m confident Jerry will help you get the perfect car!

David was great , we were looking for a pre-owned loaded Qx60 he called me back and sent a current walk around within minutes, made me very comfortable buying a car 1144 miles from home. We Ubered from the airport and we were met at the front door by Daved and a coworker called us by name and treated us as we were appreciated. I would recommend David and Infiniti of Manhasset. Jerry always been great with us. He is our guy! super helpful and always treat us like family. See you in 3 years, Jerry!For 2 months, Jerry called my wife and kept telling her and insisting that “we have a great deal for a new car, we will take care of your remaining balance and lease”, we finally made it and purchased a new car. A month later after the purchase, we received a surprise bill that we did not did foresee especially coming here for the last decade and we trusted, Jerry(sales guy). Now we are trying to dispute the surprise payment, Jerry did not want anything to do with it. He was very dismissive and unprofessional during this process. He even made a comment “ I don’t care if you stop coming to me and even his manager said, you guys should have gone to another dealership ” really, after all this years? What happened to customer care/satisfaction? Where’s the transparency? Infinity of manhasset was always about customer satisfaction and that is reason why we continue to go back to them but now they no longer exist. It’s all about “only sales and all about sales”. Jerry, you deluded us and you betrayed our trust, but thank you for all the years of service.

I have engaged Jerry from the Manhasset infinity store around seven times for my vehicles. they’ve done right by me and he stuck by my side and made sure I was happy… again. I was starting to consider other vehicles but Jerry made it happen again.

My experience was easy and seamless my salesman Josias was outstanding. Really paid attention to detail and setup everything for me, truly top notch.The rest of the team where firm but fair. The only reason I took off a star was that last minute someone stuck a decal on the trunk of the vehicle promoting the dealership location without asking.. i had checked photos of the vehicle prior thinking that i might have overseen it but no .. it was a tricky move i felt like someone defaced my vehicle..my last infiniti dealership gave beautiful crome license plate holders with dealerships info. I kept them for years, that was a classy move .. this just felt cheap.. i had to pay to have it taken off.

I have been leasing cars with infiniti for the past 6 years and one of the main reasons I don’t go to another brand is because of the amazing customer service that they give, especially the team at infiniti of manhasset. Anytime I walk into the dealership it doesn’t feel like I’m dealing with salespeople, it feels like I’m dealing with actual people, who are concerned and genuinely want to help me. I recently just financed my vehicle and I can’t put into words how seamless the process was and how easy they made it for me. I specially dealt with a salesperson named david and his manager Vinny. They were absolutely incredible. This specific dealership is an hour away from where I live and I will continuously use them over anyone else. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service. Blew me off when I told them my car kept dying. I got stranded with my baby after they told me my car is fine. David Banks is the one that “helped” me and all he cared about was taking my money and telling me I need to change my tires. When I had no issues with them. He hung up on me and told me I’m not the first person with kids that needs a car..

I don't normally write reviews but the experience I had at Infiniti of Manhasset was so incredible, I MUST BRAG!I purchased my 2019 Q50s about a month ago through product specalist David Bales. I was treated with such respect and compassion. David and the entire staff at Infiniti of Manhasset deserve their recognition.David was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining every step of the lease-buying process. He answered all of my questions and concerns easing all anxieties held about such a large purchase.I highly recommend IOM for purchase and continued service.
