The day before my wedding I brought my shoes to Jimmy Choo in Manhasset looking for solutions as my brand new shoes had black marks on them from practicing my first dance with my husband. I walked in at opening and Anthony and his colleague assisted me immediately. Although they weren’t able to personally fix my shoes, they remained calm and showed kindness and empathy to help me problem solve. They recommended a local shoe repair store who was able to clean my shoes quickly free of charge.

Even though there was a system error and the store had sold out on the original order, Kelly did an excellent job in providing customer satisfaction by going above and beyond and achieving a separate pair that we wanted.

Really friendly staff here at the Manhasset location especially due to the efforts of the manager JO. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a quality experience. Shop here for sure if you are looking for new jimmy choo products!
