Service from Alberto Insua went far beyond what could reasonably expected. Explained the whole process and we left the store with a brand ne Rolex for my wife who was delighted. Alberto was very patient and showed me many watches/displayed profound knowledge ref availability and expectations. I am now on the waiting list and lets see. Great overall experience. Paul

London Jewelers, you have failed once again. We tried giving you a chance to redeem our business but it seems that you guys just don't care and doesn't want to do better. This is not an elevated place for your shopping experience. The staff doesn't seem to take anything seriously nor are they professional. I took my business to Rolex Bucherer in the city and had much better service and overall presentation. I do not recommend this place nor do I recommend Shalom at this boutique. It's better to take your business to the direct brand boutique where the proper product knowledge and technical service is offered.

My wife and I have made numerous purchases at London Jewelers/ World Trade Center location. Each time we have shopped there has been a pleasant experience, the quality and variety their inventory has always met or expectations.The store is decorated beautifully and the staff is courteous and friendly. Our sales person, Giovanni Camillieri is always so helpful and has a professional knowledge of every item we are interested in. He is patient and is completely dedicated to our needs. Because of Giovanni and the entire staff at London Jewelers we will aways return when we need that perfect piece of jewelry for that special occasion.

Evvy Linden of London Jewelers is nothing short of exceptional. When I first inquired about this datejust about a year ago, you were extremely informative and sincere with the process. Thank you and I express gratitude for going above and beyond — my birthday is a few days away and that makes this experience even more memorable.I would also like to thank Stanley, another rep at London Jewelers— who stopped by to talk about my titanium Grand Seiko (also purchased from London Jewelers). Your insight on the historical significance of the manual winding movement was very informative and I walked out the door knowing so much more.Thanks to both of you for an unparalleled shopping experience! London Jewelers staff is incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable. We’ve had wonderful experiences with Angelo. He makes it very fun and easy buying an expensive purchase. And a shout out to Ann, she was very helpful. This is our go to jewelry store.

I had an amazing experience working with Zoe at London Jewelers in the Americana. She was very helpful, allowing me to try on multiple Rolex options in the store and assisting me in deciding which looked best. The process was very fair; I never felt like my name was being thrown into an imaginary list. The expectations were clear and the customer service was fantastic. After waiting over 8 months at other ADs in the NYC area, I won’t consider going anywhere else.

Go to London Jewelers if:-You want excellent service-You like time and attention when looking for a luxury timepiece-You like all your questions answered with care and courtesy when you are searching through one of Long Island’s best collections of watches-You like when people treat you with love and respectMy experience working with Evvy in the Rolex section was worthy of 6+ stars! She was attentive to all my needs. Asked me the right questions to help me decide on a watch that fits my current style and made great suggestions with clarity. Definitely ask for her when you shop there. She is well worth the wait!I have a pretty vast watch collection, and, have now found a home to purchase all my future timepieces w/Evvy at London.

Great customer experience! Came into the store a few months back looking for a Tudor Pelagos 39 only to find none in stock, but a kind lady (Rhonda) took my name down for the waiting list. Several months later I got the call from Rhonda that my watch was ready! Super excited I visited the store at WTC and Rhonda was there waiting for me with my shiny new watch! The overall experience was great, and I would highly recommend London Jewelers. Will be popping by soon for my next watch... If my wife lets me!

London Jewelers’ customer service is fantastic. My husband wanted to get another Rolex and they have been very hard to find. We walked into the store and luckily, Evvy, was available and showed us some beautiful watches that were for exhibition only. We found one that I thought would be a unicorn, stainless steel sea dweller, and she took our information. A week later, she called and said that it came in! She was so professional, knowledgeable about the different Rolex models, and a complete pleasure to work with.

I really wanted the 2023 two toned submariner watch. A dear friend of mine and work colleague, Angelo V, introduced me to Phillip. Phillip was able to obtain the watch for me in a timely manner and the experience has been great from beginning to end. Love London Jewelers atManhasset for their excellent customer service, delivery and presentation. I started shopping at VCA, Cartier and now picked up our first Rolex. Alex is the BEST at Cartier and Zoe is no slouch at Rolex. I'm looking forward to a long history with this location and can't wait to pick up more jewelery pieces and several more watches to add to my collection. Rodger has assisted me several times at London Jewelers and has been amazing each time!I purchased this Limited Edition Grand Seiko from London Jewelers on 2/12/23 and I'm very happy with my experience. I called ahead to ask to see this specific watch (SBGE275). Rodger gladly reserved it for me. And when I came into the store later that day, he immediately greeted me with a kind smile and a firm handshake. He was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. He answered all my questions, even those about different watch brands, e.g., what makes each one unique and their histories. We even spent some time talking about current trends in the watch industry. I was genuinely appreciative of his helpful and positive attitude. And when it came time to purchase it and have it adjusted, the process went smoothly.Moreover, a few months ago, I had a Rolex Gold Day-Date serviced here and because it was passed down to me by my father, it is sentimental, and therefore, priceless. Upon receiving it, Rodger made sure that everything was in order and handled the process professionally and delicately, even prior to knowing how important this timepiece is to me. It was because of this positive, initial impression that I decided to reach out to him when I was thinking about purchasing this Grand Seiko.His personality and regard for his customers made the experience at London Jewelers one that I felt was worth leaving a review about. When it's time for my next purchase, I'll definitely be coming back.

One of my favorite lines in one of my favorite movies, Caddyshack, is when Al Czervik played by Rodney Dangerfield says, "you think I'd join this crummy snobatorium?" Same can be said when attempting to purchase a Rolex watch at London Jewelers, the opportune word being "attempt". I'm not sure of the specific demographic they're looking for but the entire experience seemed more like a country club membership interview than a retail experience. Of course they have absolutely nothing whatsoever in stock but are more than happy to put you on what very well be a non existent "waiting list". I bit, added my name, and never heard from them again.I don't care whether you're looking to purchase, a car, boat, plane or luxury timepiece, retail should be, well retail. I want this, here's my money, give it to me, have a nice day. Not so here. I guess they ARE actually selling watches, they're not just selling them to me. And while I appreciate the generous offer of a Pelegrino or snack, I really just want to buy the watch and get the hell on with the rest of my life.Now I understand that with Rolex, demand far exceeds supply; I get that. What I don't get is being made to feel like a dog or pony when trying to purchase one at retail. In the end, I went online and paid more than I should have for the watch I wanted. And maybe the extra money was worth it not to have to deal with such a plethora of b******** Now, this all leads back to customer satisfaction of the brand. People who are lucky enough to actually make a purchase from them are happy. People who aren't are sad. It's human nature for the sad people to voice displeasure more than their happy counterparts are to rave. And in the end, I think Rolex will wise up and go to company owned boutiques that will level the playing field and leave the crummy snobatoriums in the dust. 3 stars for their other inventory.
