If you love your loved one stay away. Unprofessional nurses, doctors treat you like a fast food chain, security is disrespectful and overall I’d rather not get into the facts but please look elsewhere if possible. The hospital is a death trap.

If you want to go to an emergency room that is disgusting and dirty and not get a room for over 24 hours then this is your hospital. The nurses and doctors are fine and all work hard but there is no reason to be left in an uncomfortable er "bed" for over a day and a half. My mother in law us 81 and has a bad back to begin with but this place will literally kill you. There is zero communication as far as telling you when you will be moved into the hospital and get a bed. With computers today you would think this couldn't happen but it does at this terrible hospital....stay far away

Came to the ER in this hospital back at the end of 2019 and it was one of the most terrible experiences of my life. I would literally never go back here again after how I was treated. No one could figure out what was wrong with me or whether to admit me or send me home, so they just kept wheeling me around to run different tests and then leaving me on a wheeling bed alone for hours in the middle of random crowded hallways. After nearly 24 hours of this on no sleep, with no food, wearing nothing but a hospital gown I had two anxiety attacks about being left on a wheeling bed in crowded hallways for extended periods of time, which were brushed off by every staff member who interacted with me. I was begging them to take me to a quieter location with less people and noise, only to be looked at like I was insane. Finally, after FIVE hours of looking obviously distressed and crying on my bed, one nurse finally recognized I needed to be moved to a more quiet location and did so.I was brought to the hospital because my heart rate was too high and slightly irregular, so I don't really understand why every single member of staff except one nurse did not realize that causing me so much unnecessary stress while under their care would only make this issue worse? Many other patients were being kept in hallways for extended periods of time as well, which is why it was so crowded and noisy wherever they kept moving me. I sincerely hope this hospital plans to change its policies regarding patient care -- obviously something like this is only happening because staff are being told it's okay to just leave patients wherever if they can't find a room for them.

So far, all of our doctor's visits have been positive ones. We've been on fifth trips at this medical center. Our last visit lasted about 15 to 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the Front Desk Staff informed us that we didn't have to sign in. And before we could have a sit, our name was called and proceeded to follow the Medical Personnel.
