Impeccable service from Susan S. She is knowledgeable about the brand and offers thoughtful suggestions across all lines. The store is inviting and well-appointed. There is a beautifully curated selection of shoes, apparel and handbags.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Loro Piana Store in Manhasset, NY
I recently visited the Loro Piana store located in the Americana Manhasset mall in Manhasset, NY, and I must say that I am deeply disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The incident occurred on Tuesday, March 19th, at around 11:30 am.
Upon entering the store and expressing interest in a specific handbag, I was met with complete disrespect by an Asian saleswoman. Not only did she fail to greet me or acknowledge my presence, but her tone and attitude suggested that she considered me unworthy of her attention. I have been a loyal customer of the Loro Piana brand, making significant purchases both online and in-store at various locations, including department stores and their Miami store. However, this experience has left me questioning my future business with them.
When I inquired about the availability of the handbag, which was clearly displayed with a sign indicating it was "available to order," the saleswoman responded dismissively and asked if I had shopped at the store before. Despite clarifying that I had not visited this specific store previously, I have been a loyal customer of Loro Piana for some time. Instead of providing helpful information about the order process, she condescendingly informed me that the waitlist for ordering was excessively long, contradicting the sign's clear indication.
Her rude and unprofessional behavior throughout the interaction was both disheartening and unexpected. As a paying customer, I believe that such treatment not only reflects poorly on the store but also undermines the trust and loyalty customers place in the Loro Piana brand.
I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously by the management. It is crucial that they address this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that all customers visiting the Loro Piana store in Manhasset, NY, receive the level of service and respect they deserve. Fostering a welcoming and respectful environment for customers should be a top priority in order to maintain the reputation and success of the brand.

Back on 6/17/2023 I placed two orders with Loro Piana under order 11244380 and 11244376. They were impulse purchase that should never have been made and as soon as I got the items I returned them via the Fedex labels provided. For whatever reason, Fedex misdelivered these packages to the wrong address and was never able to retrieve them and deliver them to Loro Piana. Nevertheless, Fedex issues a claim to Loro Piana for each lost package, but Loro Piana has not refunded me for either order. Loro Piana says on their website that they insure each package for loss, theft or damage, yet this is not true. They only insure it for a fraction of the amount of the total order and when something goes awry, they leave you hanging with no refund, but are more than happy to pocket the paltry sum they get back from Fedex. The may make nice clothes, but I would definitely purchase through a more established retailer and not them. Their customer service is not good.

I truly had an amazing experience at the Manhasset Loro Piana. I walked in and was enthusiastically greeted by both store representatives and helped by them both. Diane was especially welcoming and helpful. Truly made my first time shopping at Loro Piana an astounding experience to remember! I will be a lifelong customer for Diane due to how she made me feel like family and was extremely patient with me trying on multiple sizes to find the perfect fit. She even ordered me 2 venice walk loafers and kept me updated via text. She let me know when to come back to get them and turn around time was superb and fast. I also purchased summer walks at her recommendation and I am absolutely in love with them!Thank you so much Diane and thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

I bought the soho walk sneakers and theyre the most uncomfortable sneakers ive ever worn. I got blisters each time I wear them. I attempted to get them to exchange for another pair of shoes with no avail. Stay away from their shoes.

Run by an exceptional woman, this is the best of these stores I've been to. More pleasant than the one in the City.Fun to look at the price tags, be amazed. Their stuff is well made. My storm system travel jacket bought 15 years ago is still a go to piece. Women of any age can find something flattering and comfortable, easy to wear.
