Officially my favorite Nordstrom Rack location — EVER! 🛍️💃✨
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I hit the shopping jackpot. The store is spotless 🧼, beautifully organized, and somehow manages to feel both high-end and super approachable — the perfect blend for a Rack run!
But what really made this visit unforgettable was the A+ team working there. 🙌 Carla deserves a round of applause 👏 for cultivating such an incredible staff — kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist.
Shoutout to Nathan, Maggie, and Lacie — each of them went above and beyond to help me track down items and made the whole experience feel personal. 💫 You could tell they actually care. The SEs were on their game, and the vibe was positive across the board. Store manager Jessica Miller and manager Juliette were also absolutely amazing — gracious, professional, and clearly leading by example. 💼🌟
The selection was 🔥 (from designer pieces to everyday steals), the fitting rooms were clean and spacious, and checkout was fast and smooth — even with a full cart! 🛒💳
Honestly, this location is a shopaholic’s playground 🎢👜 and a gem for the Manhasset community. Thank you, Nordstrom Rack, for turning retail therapy into a full-on experience!

The manager did a great job! I bought an item online for a much higher price than what was on the price tag. When I brought it up to the store, the manager honored the price on the tag. As you should?! I don’t know why that was such an issue to get done. The clerk John was very helpful to make it happen too, some other store clerk next to us started butting in and making excuses that he shouldn’t honor the price tag. She wasn’t even the manager!! Anyway, great service otherwise!

I dread having to go to this place. They have good products but it’s mess and the worst part is the checkout line. They’ll have 3 ppl working and it’s still take 20min to get to the register. They literally ring people up in slow motion. It’s insane.
