I was very upset about their staff. I went there for a specific item, which I found, and tried to grab from the clothing rack. When I did, the staff came over and yelled at me for touching the clothes from the rack. I told her I was grabbing the clothing from the rack to buy but she resolutely refused and wouldn’t let me get it. It was on the regular clothing rack with a bunch of other cloth racks surrounding it. I can’t tell if it was because of me being Asian or because she was in a bad mood, but the fact that she gave me no explanation and started yelling at me, a customer, for trying to buy a piece of clothing left me shocked and appalled.

Amazing store and service but not to many choise in high end clotes like armani ,varvatos,paul smith,burbery or moncler compare with the competirors .

Great place too shop for the best bargain prices are cut in comparison to retail value with a 30 day return policy, and 40 day returns for orders at line at the Nordy.

Great place to shop for amazing bargains on awesome designer brands. Great finds from shoes, suits, dresses, bags to household items. I found 4 great tops and spent under $100. I also found some great kitchen gadgets and pillows.My favorite department is the shoe department! It’s impossible to “walk out” without a pair or two! Makeup department is loaded with colors and colognes and hair products. Worth the trip!

My girlfriend and I have been purchasing items from Nordstrom Rack for over five years but today is the day that we will discontinue giving this company our money or business. They changed the return policy as of January 12, 2023 and now customers only have 40 days to return items purchased online and 30 days for in-store items. As a customer for five years, this is completely new and no notification was sent to us customers. As we went to get refunds on our clothes that we purchased in early February and never wore, we were denied in-store and offered only half of a refund when we filed a complaint. The sudden refund policy change is not one that we, or other past customers, support.

Lost my grandma's birthday present. I ordered her a present on Nordstrom Rack, which said "available for pickup in store tomorrow". I assumed this meant they had it in stock. I paid for the item, and drove to the store at the specified pick-up time (2:30PM).That's when we were informed that the item was in fact shipping from Westchester, and the employee did not know where it was but "that it should be there by the end of the day". The employee was a clueless 18 year old in general, but can't hold that against a retail establishment I guess.We came back 4 hours later, and still no gift. The frustrating part is that I drove past Westchester to come here, and I don't understand why the Nordstrom website doesn't just tell you when an item is *IN STOCK* like every other retail store. I could have picked it up from Westchester myself had I known.Terrible experience, really demotivating to spend hours picking something out for someone you love and having the moment pass by like this. I hope Nordstrom takes a serious look at their policies, because they've certainly lost a customer for life here. The employees were not even apologetic and didn't offer any resolution other than "IONO".If you're shopping in person I'm sure this store is fine, but I'd absolutely caution against trusting anything you're told online about what is in stock or what is available for pickup.
