“I have been going to Raindew for years and they were currently taken over by On Point ( new management - same location) I have to say that my experiences with On Point have been wonderful. I love the former in house Pharmacist Maria who left with the management change but I have been pleasantly surprised by Nick and the present pharmacy staff! My husbands insurance moved to mail order. Not happy to leave Raindew/ On Point. Last week I hade been searching for a medication that my insurance would not cover, had been back ordered most other places and is very expensive!! I was getting the runaround with OptumRx and was at my wits end - so I decided to try Raindew/ On Point. I called and spoke to Nick. He not only knew that he had the medication (available the next day) but was able to locate a coupon and got me a significant discount! I didn't even ask for the coupon he went out of his way to get it!! BRAVO to all and their professional and personal excellence!!”
“They pick up the phone when you call and give the information you need without delay. Don’t care about the little niceties others are concerned with. Unfortunately CVS makes me buy repeating prescriptions from them, CVS won’t allow me to fill them and CVS also tries to underpay the little pharmacies, I’d rather pay a little more when necessary to use the local stores.”
