“I needed some printing done, and the print manager, Mr. Terrence Pierce was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. It took a couple of tries to get exactly what I needed (my unclear instructions; not his fault), and he patiently worked with me until the order was just right. On top of that, he did not charge me the extra amount for express service. In addition, the Store Manager was very helpful to me finding certain items I needed. Both are worthy of high praise.”
