Allen is the best! There was a specific belt that was sold out everywhere- online and in Bloomingdale’s, and Allen was able to locate one in their store and save my Christmas!I called, he secured the belt for me & I was able to pick it up after work and he wrapped it all perfect for me for my fiancé for Christmas. He was so friendly and kind.

Return policy is horrible! I purchased a parfum gift a little over a month before Christmas and tried to return item 2weeks after purchase and since it was past 7days policy stated it can not be returned (even though items were boxed with unbroken seal in original packaging) Buyers beware. Store just offered exchange but no refund… knowing this now if I’m not shopping for myself I will not be buying from Ferragamo for gifts.

Very kind, responsive and knowledgeable staff. I worked mainly with Erica not for a new purchase but for a repair on a pair of heels. Everything was handled professionally with compassion to understanding the consumers feelings. Can’t wait to pick up my “Astronaut Lamb” heels when it comes back to me from repair! Thank you Erica and everyone for being wonderful!

I acknowledge that most of the employees are friendly and approachable - certainly, the man who initially helped us was very kind. Unfortunately, once we were directed to another sales associate, we were not met with the same level of hospitality. My mom was interested in a pair of shoes and asked the associate, a shorter woman with straight dark hair, if she could try them on. The associate acted very cold and seemed uninterested in helping my mother, even going so far as to walk away without a word while my mom tried on the shoes. When my mother asked if she could size down, the worker made no effort to hide her annoyance. My mother is not a native speaker, and at some points the associate seemed to judge her for it (as well as her appearance). Eventually I sought out the same man who had directed us to her. Though he was very helpful and supportive, still, we felt very uncomfortable from the experience and could not bear to purchase anything, let alone remain in the store for a minute longer. I'm including an extra star for the other employees who were kind enough to assist us, but some people really need to understand that this type of service repels customers.

Really helpful team. The belt my wife got for me online was too small, we didn't know we couldn't return it to the store but the person that helped came up with the solution. She was able to send the belt out on our behalf and cut/adjust a new belt on the spot.Whole experience was wonderful, thank you.Ps: a thank you as well to the man that offered my pregnant wife water on a hot Sunday.
