Terrible service. Curbside never comes out when they are busy and they don’t pick up their phones. The workers are literally have no degrees getting paid minimum wage and some change and they act like they are above everyone else LOL please hire new employees that make customers want to come back.

The worst service ever. I went to try on a foundation, and the woman testing it on me looked at me with the most disdainful face. She told me that whatever I was using on my face wasn’t helping because my skin looked bad and dry. Very humiliating. Sorry if I’m not rich or have light-colored eyes!

On December 3, an afroamerican woman whom I pressume was the manager or at least acting supervisor was literally harrasing me through the store. I came in, was looking to find a product and did some shopping and all the time she kept asking me if EVERYTHING WAS ok. I told her several times that It was and that I was just looking the products in store. Then I left the store and had to come back in again since I couldn’t find my party (mom and sisters), well this woman yelled at me from across the store the reason I was returning, if “everything was ok”, but I mean, not in a nice or empathy way, it felt more like she didnt want me there. I dont know if it was because of my latin heritage or me being homosexual but I felt awful. I Will definetely not going to return here.

Hit or miss for me. There are times you get great sales help who know their stock and are willing to help and sometimes you don’t even get hello. A lot of things are often out of stock. Great help at check out where the lady helped me order items that were sold out in store.

I asked for help and one of the workers were so rude addressing me as”babe babe babe” sarcastically because I couldn’t see it. You work on the FLOOR for a reason. Get a new job if you don’t like it. However the cashier was SO NICE! She gets five stars. The only worker that had a smile on her face.

God forbid anyone in this store asks if u need help or says hello. Never was asked if I needed help but they made sure to stare me down. Whilst also helping the other people, it was the morning and wasn’t crowded at all. You’re all 30+ and work at Sephora. Humble urself

Eileen helped me out today and she was so so marvelous and caring. She really took into account my opinions and considerations when trying different serums, facial creams, and face masks. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me samples to test out different products. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and guidance. Cannot wait to see her when i return!

This place smells... bad like B.O. I had to go to the perfume section to get a scent and sniff it for while in the store the whole time.
