Needed a simple spiral bound today. Got there just before they opened and waited 20 minutes at the counter the only person who works in that department never showed up manager called the employee he didn't answer his phone. I work and if I'm late I get reprimanded. If I'm late I call my boss to let them know. No offer from manager to help. This was my go to Staples NEVER AGAIN my time is just as valuable

I needed some printing done, and the print manager, Mr. Terrence Pierce was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. It took a couple of tries to get exactly what I needed (my unclear instructions; not his fault), and he patiently worked with me until the order was just right. On top of that, he did not charge me the extra amount for express service. In addition, the Store Manager was very helpful to me finding certain items I needed. Both are worthy of high praise.

Been to many staples in my life but this one definitely has some of the best customer service in the area. All of the associates are very kind and I've never had an issue shopping here for the past 4 years and will continue to do so.

Everyone here (including salespersons, printing staff, tech. support and cashiers) is knowledgeable, attentive, prompt and courteous. This is a great store!

I went in this past Tuesday to Staples because everything at my job was breaking. I needed an ethernet cable for our printer. Kui, the cashier, was most welcoming and called Kevin to assist me. I showed Kevin the cable I needed since at that time, I had no idea what it was technically called. He took me right over and assisted me with choosing the correct cable. As soon as I got back to work to replace the cable, the POE switch box died. It severly interfered with business, so I went back to Staples to purchase a new one. I found Kevin, told him my issue, and he went to the back to get my product. Kevin saved the day and was most helpful with getting everything at my job back up and running. I'm glad I can rely on Staples and their staffing.

I order some business cards online for same day pickup at around 12am. I called the store around 3pm to see if they were done and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes, when someone did answer the phone their greeting was a very annoyed “what do you want?” Which at first made me think I had the wrong number. I told them I was checking to see if an order was complete and I didn’t get a chance to say what my name was or what my order was before I got cut off and told “they are not done yet, you only ordered at 2pm how could we have possibly finished it” to which I responded “do you mean the business card order” and they said yes, to which I explained that I had ordered it at 12 and was hoping for an estimation as to when they would be done. They told me that it wouldn’t be done till the next day at 3pm... well I went to the store anyway because I figured they were probably done and whoever was on the phone obviously didn’t check, and when I got to the printing counter my business cards were waiting for me.Overall the quality of the print was good, however the terrible customer service is what makes my review so low.
