Andrew from Staples at Manhasset was great after I jammed the printer from making 400 copies for my wedding planning business. I will be coming back anytime I need to make copies/ need office supplies. Thank you again Andrew and the Manhasset team.

Only 1 of the 3 copiers was working. The USB on that one wasn't working... And the staff was a whole new level of rude today. If they weren't the only option, I'd never go back.

I called ahead of time because I needed a shipping box in a certain size. They told me they had plenty of them. I left work to go get the Shipping box and I got there and the manager said that we have plenty but they’re in the back in the storage room and there’s stuff in front of the door so I can’t get them to you I said, but I called. Do you know who I spoke to And he said nope without any further explanation there were only three people working in the store so if it Wasn’t him it was one of the other two people. I personally would have gathered my other two employees and found out who said something was available when it wasn’t. This is the second time I’ve had issue with the store and had to call customer service and wait on hold and go through the process of filing a complaint. It seems anybody can be a manager these days.

Staples, Manhasset is my go to store for office supplies, copies and printing certain business items. The Manhasset store is very clean and easily accessible. There are lots and lots of products in stock. I find it very easy to shop and do business in the store.

Waited for 30 minutes in an empty store for someone to help with buying an office chair. Could not find an employee in the store other than the cashier; even told him we knew which chair we wanted, just needed help finding it. No employee came over or even tried to help, even after asking the cashier for assistance. We waited for 15 minutes after asking for someone to come over and help and I circled the store several times looking for any sign of an employee. Eventually walked out chairless…. :(
