Two gentlemen at the front desk are superb. They would go the extra like helping you open the door or pick up the heavy item or even helping you revise your amazon return. 5 star awesome service!
Super helpful everytime my mom returns stuff. Shes fragile so they were always helpful and assist in bring the items in and help her revise her amazon return option!

This ups is under new ownership and it shows!!! Friendly and attentive staff. So happy to have them in town. I will be going there from now on.

This UPS store location on Plandome Road in Manhasset is under new management. The previous operator was horrible, the low stars are 100% attributable to the previous operator. Good riddance to him! The new operator is AWESOME. The workers are pleasant, helpful and thankful for your business. They are open 7-days a week!!! They have notary service too. Highly recommend this UPS location!
