While waiting in a line that was out the door with only one employee at the counter, decided to read some reviews of the store. So glad I did! Observed multiple interactions with customers where the employee was rude and/or did not provide receipts as requested, prompting me to leave before I experienced the same. Although this store is much more convenient for me than other UPS locations, I now go out of my way to avoid this store completely.

The worst UPS location!!! First, no greeting when I walked in, I was the only person there. I asked the Asian man for a pouch for my express label. He responded that they don't give out pouches (what). He said he would tape the pouch to the envelope (which I provided). He grabbed the envelope out of my hand, scanned, then threw it on the desk. He didn't hand me my receipt, nor place it in front of me, but on an adjacent counter. He was very rude!

Website and general internet search notes they open at 7 am. All evidence to the contrary. I wasted my time and resources.I called for good measure as well. No informative voice message.

This is a very reliable, well run service. I am very happy with my interactions with the proprietors. They are courteous, respectful and professional. Thank you for the excellent facility.

The owner is impatient and rude. UPS, if you want people to come to this place, please consider change the person serving customers. Every time I came to return Amazon package, he gave very bad attitude. When I mail a package/mail and need to pay, he became polite and welcome. Making me not want to come again.

Surprising to see negative reviews of this UPS Store. I have always found them to be quite helpful and courteous handling my business. I have never had an issue with any package sent or received.

I have never written a review like this... The owner of this store tried to charge me for the free UPS envelope for documents. I told him that I know they are free, but he said, "not for you." I am not sure what to make of that... I went to the Port Washington store and shipped the document without charge or incident. This was a fraud and a lie--over $2. This is not the kind of business we should want in our community. Worth the drive to Port Washington.

Been coming to this location as its close to work but the Service here is horrible! Every time I drop off a package(Amazon), the store clerk(older Asian gentleman) is short and not helpful. Never provides a receipt as all other UPS Stores do. Today I waited for him to provide me the receipt, when he didn't, I asked for it. He said it's in your email. When I referenced there was none, he printed it threw on the counter and said "there, take it" and walked away. When I said thank you he simply ignored me. After reviewing the reviews I noticed he's the same with everyone. Disgusted with this location!! 0 stars if it were possible!

Went to return my internet router.I had probably the worst customer service experience ever.After patiently lining up, I had to repeat my details countless times to the customer service rep because he couldn’t enter the details correctly.He then got inpatient and decided to stop helping me and serve all the other customers (the store was empty when he started helping me).When I expressed my dissatisfaction with merely being left there he became belligerent and yelled at me in front of the whole store.Being both incompetent and rude is certainly a potent combination.I would suggest making the five minute drive to great neck and using the UPS store there.

Absolute terrible terrible customer service, if you can call it that.The man pictures in the previous review was rude, belligerent and hostile towards me when trying to arrange a package.He became frustrated that he could not complete the shopping details and merely proceeded to ignore me and serve other customers.Amazing that in 2023, someone like this can actually run a major store like this. It’s disappointing to see UPS have such a low standard of customer care.Will definitely no longer return here.

Been visiting this store for a while and every single time I visit I am super anxious and scared of this man. I feel like I owe him so much money and I need to be so careful what to do and what to say here. I decided to go to a different store yesterday and I received such incredible services.

absolutely awful interaction with the staff there. the man was rude, hostile and belligerent. i thought i somehow offended the man but in reading all the other its clear that UPS accepts a pathetic and atrocious standard of "customer service" or whatever you call what goes on here. just avoid and use USPS or the nearby whole foods for returns.

Worst experience in a UPS store. Employee (might be the owner) entered the wrong quantity for an Amazon return, wanted to have nothing to do with correcting it. Refused to do anything helpful to assist.

Terrible customer service. Will never come back to this location and wouldn’t advise anyone to. The man that was there today 1/16/2023 at 3:30pm was rude as ever. Asked a simple question and he laughed and gave a sarcastic answer. What kind of customer service is being allowed to happen at this location. How is it that so many people have written reviews about this particular employee yet nothing has been done. This was my first and last time at this location. There was also another customer needing assistance and he started to get loud even though the other customer was trying to ask a question and brought the lady to tears. Please either fire or train this employee correctly as he doesn’t seem to understand how to be in a customer service roll.
