Terrible service ever
1. It was passport replacement with name changed WITHIN 1 year, I'm not supposed pay full but hey let me pay full. Non refundable fee, so I lost $180 for nothing.
2. I spoke to Post master (female supervisor), she is extremely rude, sounds like I don't care that's not my money.
3. After 1 month I just received mail today that they don't receive any documents that prove name changed like marriage certificate but I gave it to them.
NEVER NEVER EVER go to this post office for important service.

Best service! Darren can speak both Mandarin and English . Very helpful and kind. We only spent 10mins to renew my daughter’s passport.

I had the first time passport application here. showed up little early than the appointment time. No lines. Shayne was the clerk who took care of my application, very professional and with lots of patience. The process was quick, around 15 minutes. There's 15 minutes street parking in front of the post office, and 1 hour parking in the area. I had no problem with finding parking.

I am actually amazed at how consistently excellent my experience at this post office is. The people working here are nice and friendly, they handle things efficiently as possible, they’ve always been helpful at explaining different options to me, they made my passport application go as smoothly as possible, it’s just a great location. Sometimes there’s a line but they handle it as efficiently as can be. Just really great experience here all around.

Exceptional Service at the Post Office!I recently visited the post office and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The facility was remarkably clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, without exception, were incredibly friendly, making my visit enjoyable.I want to extend special appreciation to David, one of the staff members, who not only provided efficient passport processing but also went above and beyond with his friendly and humorous approach. His excellent customer service made a significant impact on my visit.I highly recommend this post office for its exceptional service and commendable staff.
